3.9 Matilde Travelled with couple September 2026 The hotel is in an incredible setting. A shame the service is so poor. Booked for a week and three days with no service of any kind. When I complained, they replied rather rudely that those were their days off (FROM SUNDAY AT MIDDAY UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING). On Sunday they didn't even clean the room. A ceiling panel in the room fell and stayed on the floor for two days (of course we reported it when it fell). The breakfast, which was already paid with the booking, we had for the first two days. After that the juice first had no oranges and on the following days it was from a carton.

Se cayó una placa del techo de la habitación y se quedó dos días en el suelo ( por supuesto avisamos en el momento que se cayó). El desayuno que ya estaba pagado con la reserva, lo tomamos los dos primeros días. Después el zumo primero no tenía naranjas y los demás días de bote.
