The Gran Hotel Peñíscola 4* is located in Peñíscola, on the beachfront, in front of the new promenade.

Personal, limpieza.
Dining room leaves much to be desired, very poor buffet for a 4 star hotel, for children there was almost nothing, very little variety.

N/A Soledad Travelled with family April 2024 Totally disappointing I will never make a reservation with you again it was my mother's birthday we wanted to make it a special day and it became a nightmare I made a reservation for about fifteen people at the last minute my sister was working and did not know if she would be able to attend the trip so" I simply asked you if there was a possibility of changing the day "you told me to give an OK if I wanted to change the day otherwise the reservation would remain as agreed" I left everything as it was and did not give any changes". My surprise was when we arrived at the hotel we were almost three hours waiting for the entrance because they said that we had already made a reservation for a day before when I did not give any kind of authorization to make that change they left us in the room waiting with the suitcases and children and we could not enjoy my room until 4 hours later the treatment with the hotel was good. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that we are going to take the appropriate measures for this failure I hope some kind of reward for the displeasure of the day we had or if not there will be a complaint and a claim on our part we are 15 people willing to put it. I hope you contact me as soon as possible otherwise we will proceed.
Totalmente decepcionante nunca más volveré a hacer una reserva con vosotros era el cumpleaños de mi madre quisimos hacerle un día especial y se volvió una pesadilla hice una reserva para unos quince personas a última hora mi hermana trabajaba y no sabía si iba a poder asistir al viaje así que" simplemente os pregunté si habría posibilidad de cambiar el día"me dijisteis que diera un OK si deseaba cambiar el día de lo contrario la reserva se quedaría como estaba acordado" yo dejé todo como estaba y no di ningún cambio" Mi sorpresa fue cuando al llegar al hotel estuvimos casi tres horas esperando la entrada porque decían que ya habíamos hecho una reserva para un día antes cuando yo no di ningún tipo de autorización a que hicieran ese cambio nos dejaron en la sala esperando con las maletas y los niños y no pudimos disfrutar de mi habitación hasta 4 horasmás tarde el trato con el hotel fue bueno nos comentaban que había habido un error por vuestra parte no tuvimos ningún tipo de compensación por este hecho quería aprovechar para deciros que vamos a tomar las medidas oportunas por este fallo espero algún tipo de recompensa por el disgusto de día qe tuvimos o si no habrá una denuncia y una reclamación por nuestra parte somos 15 personas dispuestas a ponerla Espero que se pongan en contacto con migo lo antes posible de lo contrario procederemos
