About the accommodation

The Golden Clube Cabanas Resort 2* is located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, in the municipality of Tavira, in the Algarve region, in southern Portugal.

The accommodation has a 24-hour reception to assist you whenever you need it, free luggage storage service, Wi-Fi, air conditioning or heating (depending on the season), restaurant, cafeteria, lounge and TV room.

El desayuno y la merienda no varían. Apartment and facilities very old. To go from one place to another (from the bar to the dining room and rooms very far, with cobblestone road) perfect to go in a wheelchair. The buffet, little variety with very poor quality food and poorly cooked, in particular the Russian salad sour, to throw away and the fish did not fit more bones, over battered. We will not return.
Apartamento e instalaciones muy viejas. Para ir de un sitio a otro (del bar al comedor y habitaciones muy lejos, con camino empedrado) perfecto para ir en silla de ruedas. El buffet, poca variedad con comida bastante pobre en calidad y mal cocinada., en concreto la ensaladilla rusa agria, para tirar y al pescado no le cabían más espinas, encima rebozado. The issue is that it is low season and there were still no activities for children that I put every day, the rooms are missing a refurbishment.

 8.7 Manuel Travelled with couple January 2024 the food, although with little variety, was excellent. cod as you would expect in portugal, prepared in many ways. what there was, was delicious. the snack was very poor...toast and some cake for coffee and little else. the location was excellent for parking and visiting the surrounding villages. it is a very recommendable bargain.
la comida, aunque con poca variedad, excelente. bacalao como es de esperar en portugal, preparado de muchas formas. lo que había, riquísimo. el snack muy pobre...tostadas y alguna tarta para el café y poco más. la ubicación excelente para aparcar y visitar los pueblos de alrededor. es un chollo muy recomendable
the spa is very small, bad smell in the jacuzzi, cold heated pool and although the common facilities are well maintained, regular cleaning. it needs renovations. for a few days in the area highly recommended.
