 3.5 Tamara Travelled with couple September 2020 Comfortable but single beds. Friendly staff who tried to give us a room with "cathedral views" and not only were there no such views, but we had to sleep in a very noisy street (several nightclubs). They tried to compensate for the lack of buffet at breakfast, with a predetermined one. However, we would have appreciated to know beforehand to consider whether to hire it or not.
Camas cómodas, pero individuales. Personal amable que nos intentó dar una habitación con "vistas a la catedral" y no solo no existían tales si no que tuvimos que dormir en una calle bastante ruidosa (varios locales de fiesta). Intentaron compesar la falta de buffet en el desayuno, con uno predeterminado. Sin emabrgo, hubieramos agradecido saberlo de antemano para plantearnos contratarlo o no.
Hotel that did not meet expectations, despite being a "4 star" hotel. Too serious and did not provide much more than a good bed to sleep in. Overall, quite a poor experience; with staff who were extremely friendly in trying to make up for what the hotel did not offer. Honestly, we would not return as it offered nothing to the holiday.

En general, la experiencia bastante escasa; con un personal que era extremadamente amable para intentar compensar lo que el hotel no ofrecía. Honestamente, nosotros no volveríamos ya que no ofrece nada al viaje.

 8 Marta August 2020 The location of the site, it is a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and 15/20 mins from the viewpoint, as well as the streets and tapas restaurants. The cleanliness of the place and the kindness in the treatment we were given at all times.
La localización del sitio, se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de la catedral y 15/20 mins del mirador, así como de las calles y restaurantes de tapeo. La limpieza del sitio y la amabilidad en el trato que nos dieron en todo momento.
