5.7 María Travelled with couple August 2025 I liked that the room had air conditioning, but the lack of a balcony detracted from it.

The wait is long and costly as they keep us waiting for more than 20 minutes to give the wristband. **Check-in** and key collection for the room is around 15:00h-15:30h. They ask you to leave your suitcases in a room next to other guests’ belongings. The drinks on **All-Inclusive** are poor and there aren’t a variety of snacks because they charge extra for them. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.
