Personal amable y profesional pero no es un 4 estrellas.
It is not a 4 star. Fair breakfast buffet. Only one very small elevator, you had to wait. Scarce parking. Small room. Views to a patio. Very bad sofa bed, like the pillows. They didn't get me a stopper to use the bathtub. Very ugly and hilly location.

 10 Puny December 2021 Everything perfect, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the bathroom is also in very good condition, we had a bathtub so great, they have a sofa in the rooms with a small table, let's say like a mini living room, as a welcome they gave us bottles of water and a coffee machine in case we wanted it, a good detail, breakfast buffet, all very good and very clean with measures against the covid, they distribute to customers at different times so as not to have a large accumulation of people at the same time at breakfast. The beds are big. As for the very friendly staff, both at reception and at breakfast. The guy at the reception explained to us which places to visit, gave us a map and framed where we could go and even where to eat. Thank you so much. It should be noted that it includes a parking space, whose car goes down by an elevator, if the car is wide or tall I doubt it will enter, because it is fair, but it has been perfect, we left the car parked downstairs and we have forgotten, I highly recommend this hotel if you visit salamanca. Todo perfecto, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, el baño también en muy buenas condiciones, nos toco con bañera asi que genial , tienen sofa en las habitaciones con una mesita, digamos como un mini salon, como bienvenida nos pusieron botellitas de agua y una maquina de cafe por si nos apetecia, un buen detalle, desayuno buffet, todo buenisimo y muy limpio con medidas frente al covid, reparten a los clientes en diferentes horarios para no tener mucha acumulación de personas al mismo tiempo en el desayuno. Las camas son grandes . En cuanto al personal muy amable, tanto de recepción como del desayuno. El chico de recepcion nos explico que lugares visitar, nos dio un mapa y marco por donde se podria ir e incluso donde comer. Muchas gracias. Hay que destacar que incluye plaza de garaje, cuyo coche baja por un ascensor, si el coche es ancho o alto dudo que entre, porque es justo, pero ha sido perfecto, dejamos el coche abajo aparcado y nos hemos olvidado, recomiendo positivamente este hotel si visitas salamanca. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel.
The rooms have the heating on full blast, so it gets very hot at night, we opened the window but it was still too hot, we didn't have views since we had an interior patio.
Las habitaciones tienen la calefaccion a tope, por lo que se pasa mucho calor de noche, abrimos la ventana pero igual hacia demasiado calor, vistas no hemos tenido ya que nos toco un patio interior.
