4.2 Rocio August 2026 The worst apartment I have ever stayed in. To start with, there’s no air conditioning—just a ceiling fan that doesn’t cool at all, it just pushes around the hot air. The bedroom looked out onto a courtyard and there was no airflow at all. You could see the dirt from a distance; I had to buy a bottle of bleach to clean the bathroom because there couldn’t have been any more filth. There were spiders and loads of ants. I won’t go back, that’s for sure!

We had to go down to reception up to four times because cooking supplies were missing. The pool is in a dreadful state and needs significant improvement. The apartment urgently needs renovation. On one occasion we found a waiter flirting with a guest during service. There were shouting matches between colleagues during breakfast and between housekeeping and maintenance. It states there is a gym, but that is not true — it is an independent facility. If you fancy trying Asian food, you might find a cockroach in your breakfast, as they are attracted to the food.
