9.7 Cristina Travelled with family December 2023 The facilities are new and spotless. The distance to the center of Bilbao is not very far so it is interesting to leave the car parked in the parking lot near the hotel.

Nothing negative to highlight.

The room is too small, they are getting smaller and smaller to take advantage of the space and fit as many rooms as possible.

El desayuno fenomenal .

We did not like the neighborhood where it is located, even though it is centrally located. The shower leaks out of the door. The parking was complicated

4 Pedro Travelled with couple November 2023 The room is very small, the entrance door to the room opens to the outside. The bed is less than 135, very uncomfortable for 2 people, the hairdryer must be requested at reception. It seems to us a very high price 180€/2 nights. The neighborhood where it is, quite troubled, feeling of insecurity at nightfall. I do not recommend it at all.
