 9.7 Aldara Travelled with couple June 2024 Very comfortable, very clean rooms and perfect location as it has the train next door. The receptionists are super nice and pleasant, always helped us in what we asked for, the cleaners also very nice.

We had a flight at six o'clock in the evening and to leave later than the time we had to leave (about two hours more than we stayed) we were charged 10€ for the hour we wanted to stay.

Bastante bien en cuanto a equipamiento. Todo limpio y decente. Cama y almohadas cómodas.
At night there is a noise that does not stop sounding, water loading or something like that. The walls are thin and if the neighbors happen to be annoying you can hear everything.

Calidad - precio inmejorable. Con cercanías al lado para moverte a Malaga o cualquier pueblo de la costa.
They were supposed to clean the rooms 3 days after check in but we stayed 4 nights and they didn't clean anything. We had to use the same towels for 5 days.

 1 María Del Carmen Travelled with couple August 2019 Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicacion, muy cerca de la playa y buenos bares. No me a gustado nada, mala atencion, mala limpieza, mala organización, una noche no nos pudimos duchar porque se rompio algo y no lo arreglaron y la unoca solución que nos dieron fue que nos ducharamos al dia siguiente, tubieron un fallo con lavanderia y no tenian toallas de cuerpo solo de las pequeñas del pelo y las manos, dos dias sin limpiar las habitaciones ni vaciar papeleras nada de nada, el personal pasa absolutamente de todo no echan cuenta en nada se dedican a beber en la terraza del hotel cuando cierran el bar del mismo, por los comentarios de algunas personas pense que era malo pero despues de haber vivido la experiencia es peor que malo. Ojala y lo cierren. Por favor no gasten su dinero ai, se arrepentiran 2.4 Javier Travelled with couple August 2019 La profesionalidad de las chicas de recepción para intentar solventar todas las carencias de las instalaciones. Limpieza nula tanto en check-in como en estancia. Toallas muy desgastadas con agujeros. Sábanas de otro tamaño y sin cambio durante 9 días. Aire acondicionado estropeado 2 días y ascensores 4 días. No amenities a la llegada ni reposición de los mismos.
