The apartments are located in Mojácar town, surrounded by narrow streets and swirling white houses, where each corner captivates and shows both the intimacy of its past and the most beautiful horizons.

Important information to consider:

Check in time will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
To make the delivery of keys you must call the same day of arrival to a phone number that we will indicate in the confirmation voucher to specify place and time of delivery.
In case of arriving after 9 pm there will be a supplement of € 20 per apartment. You should call from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to advise of the approximate time of your arrival.

You will be asked for a deposit of € 100 per apartment. The financing can be left in cash (which will be returned upon departure whenever there is no damage in the apartments) or by giving a credit card number (no charge will be made, they will simply take it in case there is any damage to the exit of the apartments).
The check out will be before 10.00 on the day of departure and you will have to proceed in the same way, calling the same phone to return the keys and to return the deposit (provided there is no damage in the apartments).
If at the exit the apartment is not clean, you will be charged a supplement of € 20.

En la cocina faltaban muchas cosas,no tenia cafetera,las sartenes estaban quemadas,los cuchillos no cortaban la nevera parecia que la habian cogido del container de la basura y las camas incomodas se notaba falta de mantenimiento. 1 Jose Pascual Travelled with family August 2017 La ubicación, y la persona responsable de los apartamentos que hizo lo posible con los medios de los que disponía para hacer nuestra estancia un poquito mejor. En primer lugar nos encontramos nada más llegar con que nos han ubicado en un apartamento en el tercer piso sin ascensor, por lo que tuvimos que subir todas las maletas por las escaleras, y obviando por completo que habíamos especificado en la reserva que viajábamos con un bebé. Nada más entrar en el apartamento nos encontramos con que el inmueble se encuentra sucio y con escaso mobiliario. Aspecto que nada tiene que ver con lo que se anuncia en la página web. Suelo pegajoso, telarañas por toda la casa y mucha olor a humedad. La cocina, al contrario de lo que constaba en la descripción, escasa de equipamiento; una lavadora que no funciona, una nevera mugrienta y utensilios llenos de grasa. Las zonas comunes acorde con el apartamento, también denotaban un estado de abandono considerable. Al día siguiente nos quejamos al responsable y nos cambian de apartamento a un edificio colindante, éste se encuentra en condiciones similares, la única diferencia que sí tenía ascensor. Al final el único motivo por el que decidimos quedarnos a falta de pocos días para finalizar nuestras vacaciones, el simple hecho de poder disfrutar del entorno pasando el mínimo tiempo en el apartamento, y por la imposibilidad por la falta de tiempo y recursos de poder buscar una alternativa. Nos hemos sentido claramente defraudados en lo que iban a ser las primeras vacaciones en familia y la ilusión con que lo habíamos planeado. Basic
