Apartamentos Sierra Nevada 3000

The apartments 3000 Sierra Nevada are a complex of apartments, located in the middle/high area of Sierra Nevada, near the first and second stop of the chairlift parador and bus stop very close to them.

They are located less than 40 kilometres from Granada. Their location and design make them ideal for families, couples or young people and those looking for sports activities (skiing in winter) without sacrificing family intimacy.

Services of the apartments and studios

Studios and apartments with capacity for 2 to 6 people, with sheets and towels, fully furnished, thermally and acoustically insulated, TV, heating, equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker and kitchenware appropriate to the capacity of each unit.

All apartments have fully-equipped bathroom, hot water, heating and shower or bathtub. The buildings have elevator.

Distribution of the apartments

The Sierra Nevada 3000 apartments according to distribution are composed of:

• Studios 2/4 - This is a single room consisting of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and bunk bed, or two double sofa beds, or double bed and sofa bed, or four single beds and bathroom.
• Apartments 2/4 - Living room with kitchenette with double sofa bed or bunk bed, double bedroom with twin beds or double bed and bathroom.
• Apartments 2/6 - Living room with kitchenette with two double sofa beds or double sofa bed and bunk beds or trundle bed in living room and double bedroom with two beds or double bed and bathroom.
• Apartments 4/6 - Living room with kitchenette with double sofa bed or bunk bed, double room with two single beds or double bed, cabin with bunk bed and bathroom.

The studios and apartments are to be confirmed among the following:

- The Valleys: located next to the Vinnci Rumaykiya cable car.

- Serracalant: 500 meters from the second chairlift, 800 meters from the area of environment.

- Galatino: 500 meters from the Vinnci Rumaykiya cable car.

Please note!

• At your arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 150€ per apartment/studio by credit card.
• The final cleaning of the apartment DOES NOT INCLUDE the cleaning of the kitchen or the kitchenware, nor its subsequent tidying up. This part must be done by you.
• When you leave, it is important that you throw away the garbage. In case of not doing it, they can retain part of your deposit (up to 50€).
