Lo más destacable y denunciable del establecimiento es que no dispone de agua caliente por las tardes. Parte del personal del albergue lo achacaba a una avería temporal y otros decía que era culpa de que habia mucha gente alojada y el termo no cubre las necesidades (nosotros hemos estado tres noches, pero había gente que llevaba los tres días anteriores en la misma situación). El último día, ante nuestra exigencia (y a propuesta nuestra) la dirección nos proporciono la posibilidad de utilizar las duchas de la piscina municipal, a 2 kilómetros del albergue. No es aceptable que un alojamiento en zona de nieve y en invierno no esté preparado para proporcionar una ducha a sus hospedados después de una jornada de esquí. Si sólo disponen de agua caliente para 50 personas no deberían aceptar a 200. Otro aspecto negativo, aunque de menor trascendencia, es que el restaurante-cafetería que ofrece el desayuno no permite la introducción de ningún alimento del exterior y como el desayuno que ofrecen es algo pobre deberían de permitir consumir además fruta , cereales o lo que cada uno necesite en el desayuno. Pero si llevas algo te lo quitan mientras estás allí y te lo devuelven cuando te vas.
