Prefer more tranquillity? You can also choose floors 4 and 5, where less noise is expected, at a slightly higher rate.
In any case, construction only takes place during limited daytime hours. Nights remain calm and quiet, so you can rest properly.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, food quality and choice was better than expected (dinner was especially good), the location is excellent.
The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates, the rooms are adequate but more 3* rather than 4* standard, room ventilation was poor.

Me gustaría destacar especialmente la zona de juegos, con opciones como billar y ping-pong, que resulta muy agradable para disfrutar de algunos momentos de ocio durante la estancia.

I found the entertainment programme quite basic. For roughly half of my stay there were hardly any shows or activities, and the entertainment was concentrated mainly in the last three days, often in rather short time slots.
The pools could also be improved, both in some aspects of the facilities and in the overall experience.
The towel lending service could be made more efficient as well, since at times it wasn’t as comfortable or quick as you would expect.
Finally, I would particularly highlight the reception area as one of the main points for improvement. Overall, I think some of the staff in this area should work on customer service skills, especially interpersonal warmth, approachability and friendliness. A kinder, more willing attitude would noticeably improve the guest experience.
