El wifi no funcionaba y la señal de datos móviles de telefonía tampoco llega bien al sitio, así que perfecto si lo que buscas es aislarte del mundo.
At least in my case, the room was possibly the worst they had and did not correspond at all with the photos published on Jump2spain.com. The condition of the room was as if an elephant had been through it (see attached photos):
1) The wardrobe was broken; the hinges had come off. I mentioned it to reception as soon as I arrived because I didn’t want them to blame me later. The gentleman at reception didn’t give it much importance, said he’d make a note, and during the seven days I stayed they never fixed the wardrobe. In a previous comment (Daniel, July 2026) the same issue with the furniture was mentioned. The wardrobe was also dirty, very dirty.
2) There were broken and loose tiles on the bedroom floor. If you got up at night to go to the bathroom, it was impossible to avoid the noise of the tiles moving underfoot.
3) There were damp stains on the exterior-facing wall. It also smelled of damp or perhaps, worse, mould.
4) Several light switches next to the bed didn’t work. The room light had to be switched on and off from the switch by the entrance door.
5) Numerous bathroom tiles were cracked. Although this doesn’t affect use of the bathroom, it doesn’t give a good impression to the guest.
Under “General room facilities” it lists “Desk” and in “About the accommodation” it states “In addition, they have television, telephone, heating, desk-table and a private bathroom with shower or bath”. THAT WAS NOT TRUE — in our room there was no table or desk. The room was very small; there was barely space for a chair.
At breakfast, the bread was already toasted (and cold), which saved you the time of waiting for it to toast, but normally you toast your bread to have it hot.
The room looked out onto a green tarpaulin (you can see photos in other comments).
Conclusion: terrible value for money, I WILL NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING SO.
Al menos en mi caso, la habitación era posiblemente la peor que tenían y no se correspondía en nada con las fotografías que publica Buscounchollo. El estado de la habitación, como si hubiese pasado un elefante (ver las fotos adjuntas):
1) El armario estaba roto, las bisagras se habían salido. Nada más llegar lo comenté a la recepción, no quería que luego me echasen la culpa a mí. El señor de la recepción no le dio mucha importancia, me dijo que se tomaba nota y en los siete días que estuve alojado no arreglaron el armario. En un comentario anterior (Daniel, julio 2026) se comentaba lo mismo sobre el mobiliario. El armario también estaba sucio, muy sucio.
2) Había baldosas rotas y sueltas en el suelo de la habitación. Si te levantabas de noche para ir al baño, era imposible evitar el ruido de las baldosas que se movían al pisarlas.
3) Había manchas de humedad en la pared que daba al exterior. También olía a humedad o quizás, algo peor, a moho.
4) Había varios interruptores de la luz al lado de la cama que no funcionaban. La luz de la habitación se tenía que encender y apagar desde el interruptor al lado de la puerta de entrada.
5) Había numerosos azulejos del baño que estaban rajados. Aunque eso no afecta al uso del baño, no genera una buena impresión en el cliente.
En "Servicios generales de las habitaciones" se indica "Escritorio" y en "Sobre el alojamiento" se afirma "Además, tienen televisión, teléfono, calefacción, mesa-escritorio y un baño privado con ducha o bañera". ESO NO FUE VERDAD, en nuestra habitación no hubo una mesa o un escritorio. La habitación era muy pequeña, casi no cabía ni una silla.
En el desayuno, el pan ya estaba tostado (y frío), lo cual te ahorraba el tiempo de esperar que se tueste, pero lo normal es que uno se tueste el pan para tenerlo caliente.
Las vistas de la habitación a una lona verde (en otros comentarios se pueden ver fotos).
Conclusión: relación calidad/precio pésima, NO VOLVERÉ A RESERVAR EN ESTE SITIO Y NO RECOMIENDO HACERLO.

The location is an absolute gem, but unfortunately our experience with the room and the service we received did not match up.
They put us in a very small room for three people, with a double bed and a single. The window looked directly onto the kitchen chimney, so the smell in the room depended on what they were cooking. We also had a view of the cemetery and the floor was constantly warm, probably because the kitchen was directly below. The room was extremely hot, to the point of being suffocating, even though it was only about 23 °C outside. With that heat, the fan they offered us — which, frankly, was covered in fluff — was almost essential.
The bathroom wasn’t exactly comfortable either. The basin was tiny and getting in and out of the bath was quite difficult and dangerous. For anyone with even a mild mobility issue, getting in or out wouldn’t be easy. At times we genuinely felt we might have a serious accident.
When we complained about the room, the man at reception told us that this was what we had booked through Jump2spain.com and that “that was the deal.” The impression he gave us was rather unpleasant, as if getting a deal made us second- or third-class guests. We paid €962 for five nights for three people in a two-star hostelry; personally, I don’t think that’s cheap.
Cleaning wasn’t remarkable either: they basically make the bed, but we didn’t feel the room was properly cleaned.
Breakfast is fairly mediocre, nothing special. Also, the attitude of the man who’s usually in the lounge — who I suppose is the owner — seemed quite snobbish to me. Of course that’s a personal perception, but it’s the impression I left with.
A shame, because the place has a beautiful location and could be wonderful. However, the way we were treated, the condition of the room, the heat and the lack of comfort meant our experience was not good.
Maybe if I’d booked through another platform or directly with them — I tried that but they didn’t answer the phone and didn’t manage it via WhatsApp — it would have been different, but this is the reality.

Para una persona con alguna limitación de movilidad, aunque fuera leve, entrar o salir de ella no sería nada fácil. En nuestro caso, hubo momentos en los que la sensación fue de que podíamos acabar teniendo un accidente serio.
Cuando nos quejamos de la habitación, la respuesta del señor de recepción fue que eso era lo que habíamos reservado a través de BuscoUnChollo y que «ese era el pacto». La sensación que nos transmitió fue bastante desagradable, como si por haber conseguido una oferta fuéramos huéspedes de segunda o tercera categoría. Pagamos 962 € por cinco noches para tres personas en una hostería de dos estrellas; personalmente, no me parece precisamente barato.
En cuanto a la limpieza, tampoco fue destacable: básicamente hacen la cama, pero no tuvimos la sensación de que se realizara una limpieza adecuada de la habitación.
El desayuno es bastante normalito, sin nada especialmente destacable. Además, la actitud del señor que está habitualmente en el salón —que supongo que será también el propietario— me pareció bastante clasista. Es, por supuesto, una percepción personal, pero esa fue la impresión que me llevé.
Una pena, porque el lugar tiene una ubicación preciosa y podría ser un sitio estupendo. Sin embargo, el trato recibido, las condiciones de la habitación, el calor, la falta de comodidad hicieron que nuestra experiencia no fuera buena.
