Our recommendation: if you want to visit the Cíes Islands or Ons Island between June and September, or during Holy Week, make sure you book your permit from the Xunta de Galicia and your ferry ticket several weeks in advance, as daily visitor numbers are strictly limited to protect the ecosystem.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- 1 dog per room is allowed.
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- From June 15 to September 15 the price is 30€/night.
- The rest of the year the price is 25€/night.
- Additional charges may apply if the dog causes damage, breakage or stains that require extraordinary cleaning or repair.
- Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, beverage, pool, spa or gym areas. In main areas, the dog must be in a carrier.
- It is forbidden to use the bathroom, showers, towels, sheets or any hotel linen for dog grooming.
- The dog shall not have access to any room other than the assigned room or be left alone in the room at any time.

Buena ubicación, cerca playas y fácil aparcamiento
Tienen un problema grave de limpieza. Avisamos que una habitación tenía lavabo y sábanas sucias ( pelos por todos lados , repisa lavabo no había visto un trapo en meses,etc) indicó que tomaban nota pero que por la tarde no había servicio de limpieza ( la entrada a la habitación era a las 15 horas) Al día siguiente habían quitado parte de pelos lavabo pero no miraron repisa lavabo que limpié yo al final, sábanas sacudí pelos. La puerta lavabo con chorretes porquería. La segunda habitación ( teníamos dos) la repisa del lavabo era de plástico y estaba llena de quemaduras de cigarros y un agujero.
Desayuno, tazas sucias , nada seco. Te recogen los platos mientras van comiendo, mirando el teléfono en la barra y sin ni saludar con buenos días cuando entras( lo mismo cuando te cruzas por el pasillo con el personal de limpieza)
Se libra la chica joven de recepción, el resto un desastre.
No lo aconsejo para nada
