- The spa is located at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa 5*, in Soldeu, Andorra.
- Your entrance includes: 3 hours access to the water circuit, locker, towel and drinking water.
- Please note that the facilities are exclusively for guests aged 13 and over.

Ubicación inmejorable: sales del hotel y estás directamente en la calle principal de tiendas. Aunque el parking del hotel estaba completo, hay varios parkings cerca. El segundo día de estancia volvimos a preguntar por el parking y, muy amablemente, nos dieron una plaza que quedaba libre a partir de las 11 (hora del checkout).
Habitaciones amplias y limpias. La suite tiene un tamaño muy acorde al precio y la cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda. La habitación individual también es bastante amplia.
Personal muy amable y servicial, especialmente el del restaurante, donde el trato fue excelente.
Instalaciones muy buenas, con billar en el hall y un spa muy chulo. El spa funciona con reserva previa, con un máximo de 6 personas.
Desayuno correcto y variado, suficiente para todos los gustos, aunque antes del cambio de propietarios era más abundante y se echa de menos la máquina de pancakes.
Una de las suites tenía el parqué un poco deteriorado.
Algunas zonas del hotel estaban demasiado frías por el aire acondicionado.
La cama individual puede resultar algo justa para una persona alta.
La cena fue bastante irregular: el segundo día las verduras estaban medio crudas y, al comentarlo, sentimos que no se nos hizo mucho caso. Además, vimos que otras mesas tenían el mismo problema. El último día tuvieron que cambiar el menú sobre la marcha. Algo que no debería pasar con un menú de 27€ por persona.
