Desde nuestra llegada todo el personal nos recibió con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad, nos dieron una habitación bastante cómoda y limpia, el hotel estaba muy bien ubicado y cerca de la zona de playa y restaurantes por lo que no tuvimos que usar el coche, cabe destacar que nos impresionó la comida que se sirve en el buffet ya que estaba muy buena, una felicitación especial al Chef y a toda la gente del restaurante

Hotel a 10' andando de playa Capellans (personalmente, la que más nos gustó, más íntima).
Estuvimos alojados en los apartamentos del hotel, (1111), con cocina, terraza muy amplia, lo mejor son los colchones, hemos descansado muy bien.
Lo mejor de todo es el personal, queremos mencionar en concreto a Jennifer (cocinera), su trato con nosotros y con nuestro hijo Axel, fue excelente, le daba cariño y todo lo necesario para prepararse sus comidas. Vanesa (jefa de sala), nos mantuvo un par de btllas de vino en la nevera para que estuvieran a nuestro gusto e hizo que no nos faltara de nada.
Ángel (camarero del bar), es un animador más, sonríe y hace que los demás también sonriamos.
Elena estuvo también pendiente de que nuestra estancia en el bar fuera satisfactoria.
Y por último mencionamos a Laura (jefa de recepción), amable, con un saber estar que la caracteriza, fuimos a hablarle de una incidencia que tuvimos, y no dudo ni un segundo en solucionarlo, de muy buenas formas.
Agradecemos al personal su implicación en satisfacer al cliente y les motivamos a que continúen igual.
Como mejora diremos que en nuestro caso, nos limpiaban la habitación muy tarde, 16:30 llegabamos para dormir la siesta y aún no habían limpiado.
Y nos encantaría tener cocina en directo.
Este ha sido nuestro segundo año, y esperamos repetir un tercero.
