El hotel está fenomenal : llegamos sobre las 9:30 de la mañana y ya nos asignaron habitación. El personal super amable, en especial Ruben que es el relaciones públicas y guía, nos explico todo del hotel, nos dio planos yconsejos. La habitación estupenda en la sexta planta con super vistas al parque Eduardo VII. Teníamos agua de cortesía y cada día nos han puesto nuevas botellas, además también para preparar cafe. La cama enorme y muy cómoda. En la octava planta hay piscina terraza y bar, con unos como puffs para sentarse, echarse, muy comodos, hay toallas para uso en la piscina. El desayuno espectacular, hay de todo. En nuestra estancia de 5 días, el sábado había en la piscina música con DJ en directo y el domingo en el desayuno hubo espectáculo musical organizado como no por Ruben, que habla muy bien español. Muy divertido. En recepción hay palomitas dulces gratis. El hotel está tematizado con música.

La experiencia “Lisboa con encanto” ha sido muy positiva. Nos alojamos dos noches en el Hotel HF Fénix Music 3* en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno, y superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel, aunque no está en pleno centro, está perfectamente comunicado, justo al lado del Dreamworld of Lisboa, con muy buen ambiente y metro y autobús a pocos metros, lo que permite llegar al centro en 5–10 minutos sin problema.
La atención del personal fue de 10, siempre amables y atentos. Las camas muy cómodas, y tanto la habitación como las instalaciones están por encima de lo que se espera de un hotel de tres estrellas. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos fuertes: espectáculo musical incluido, algo original y realmente espectacular. La temática musical del hotel está muy bien integrada y hace la estancia diferente y divertida. Sin duda, mi hotel de referencia en Lisboa para volver.
El paseo en barco por el Tajo fue correcto, aunque me habría gustado que incluyera guía para enriquecer la experiencia. La utilización de los tranvías fue perfecta, pudimos subirnos a varios sin coste adicional (conviene llevar siempre los tickets a mano porque sí los revisan). Además, al llover uno de los días, pudimos disfrutar más del hotel de lo previsto, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda y agradable.
Muy buena experiencia en conjunto, totalmente recomendable.
Como único detalle mejorable, el móvil no se enlazaba correctamente con la televisión, aunque sí con los altavoces de la habitación, lo que permitía poner música sin problema.
