El desayuno, genial.
No parece para nada un 5 estrellas. Supongo que al coger un chollo barato te dan las peores habitaciones: el baño super antiguo y feo, con varias reparaciones pendientes (techo, grifo, esquina...). Como llegamos tarde y teniamos media pension nos subieron la cena a la habitacion: era un plato frio de arroz con cosas que ninguno de mis hijos comio, nada apto para niños, además dijimos que uno no comia queso y el plato llevaba varias cosas con queso), nadie entendía el catalan, en la recepcion una sola persona que nunca sabía solucionar ninguna de tus dudas o problemas. Tenías que sacarle tu las palabras y soluciones. Pedimos camas individuales para los niños y todas eran dobles, lo comenté en recepcion pero parcia que hablaba chino, no me entendian con la peticion de camas individuales (después supe que no tienen). Creo que en un 5 estrellas las camas deberian ser minimo de 180, però son de 160. El colchon no era comodo para mi gusto, se hundía demasiado.
Ni una sola amenitie en el baño (solo una minipastilla de jabon de manos). El minibar-nevera vacío! Y la nevera no funcionaba. Ni una triste botella de agua en la habitacion. Ni cafetera. Las "vistas" son a una pared de edificio. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. El spa muy pequeño y demasiado caliente. La zona de juegos para niños bastante abandonada. El parking carisimo: 60 euros para un fin de semana con una entrada demasiado estrecha para una furgoneta como la nuestra.
Sigo sin ver donde estan las 5 estrellas. He estado en otros y no tienen NADA que ver. Alguien me lo explica? Yo le pongo 3 estrellas como mucho.
