Canillo Tibetan Bridge
- The Canillo Tibetan Bridge is the second longest Tibetan bridge in the world, an experience that is as spectacular as it is unforgettable.
- Surrounded by nature and suspended high above the valley, it offers incredible panoramic views of the Andorran mountains.
Roc del Quer viewpoint
- One of the most iconic viewpoints in Andorra.
- It features a 20-metre platform, with 12 metres suspended in the air, creating the sensation of floating above the mountains.
- Part of the walkway has a transparent glass floor, making the experience even more impressive.
Important information
- In your booking confirmation voucher, we will indicate the assigned day and time for the bus transfer to the activities. Please note that schedules are always subject to availability and access is only possible using this bus service.
- You will also receive a QR code that will act as your entrance ticket and must be presented to access both attractions.
- We recommend arriving at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before your assigned departure time.
- Transport from the hotel to the bus stop is not included, so you will need to reach it by your own means.
- It is important to keep your ticket during the entire excursion, from boarding the bus in Canillo until your return.
About the shuttle bus service
- The bus stop is located approximately 150 metres from the hotel.
- The hotel reception team will indicate exactly where to wait for the bus.
- You can decide whether to visit the Roc del Quer viewpoint or the Tibetan Bridge first. The bus route includes stops at both attractions, allowing you to explore them at your own pace.
- Please note that after getting off the bus, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the bridge.

Opening dates and times
- Tibetan Bridge: open daily until 1 November 2026. From 2 November onwards, it will only open on weekends and public holidays.
- Roc del Quer viewpoint: open all year round, weather permitting.
- Opening hours for both attractions: from 10:00h to 17:00h.

About the Pyrene Spa
Pyrene Spa, at the Hotel Ski Plaza, is a space dedicated to wellness and relaxation right in the heart of the Pyrenees. Its hydrotherapy circuit combines different hydromassage areas designed to stimulate circulation, relax muscles, and boost bodily functions.
It also features hot stone beds for rest, a hammam, and a sauna—ideal for improving skin health, promoting healthy breathing, and boosting blood circulation. The experience is rounded out with contrast showers that alternate between hot and cold water, helping to strengthen the immune system and revitalize the body.
How does it work?
- The session lasts1 hour.
- Capacity is limited (maximum 10 people), so we recommend booking an appointment in advance at the front desk. Below are the operating hours: * Monday through Saturday: 13:00h to 21:00h. From 19:00h to 21:00h., access is for adults only.
- Sundays: 09:00h to 5:00 p.m. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., access is for adults only.
- The minimum age for admission is 6 years old, and children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Swimwear and a swim cap are required.
- To access the spa, you’ll need to rent a bathrobe and flip-flops at the hotel for just €5 per person. An ideal place to unwind, relax, and enjoy a moment of well-being during your stay.
