What I liked least, without a doubt, was the cleanliness of the room. The sheets got stained on the first day and they didn’t change them throughout our stay, nor did they clean the mirrors.
The breakfast buffet was always the same. It wasn’t bad, but it never varied, and if you arrived a bit late, some things weren't restocked.
Another thing that was quite bothersome was on the sea terrace — people were smoking. I’m not necessarily against it, but there were loads of children and so many people smoking, including cigars, that at one point you just couldn’t stay out there.
The hotel is far away from everything.

I asked for an ice cream and she told me they only had two types left, even though there was a whole board of ice creams, and considering there's nothing nearby, you'd expect at least a minimum selection. Plus, she was charging people very randomly - the lady in front didn’t pay anything and she had Full Board just like me. They’re completely disorganised... Honestly, knowing you have to drive anywhere, they should pay more attention to the hotel services.
