What bothered us most was the way the incident was handled. At reception they told us that neither the director nor the maintenance staff were present and that they could do nothing because it was a fault. However, according to what we were told, the problem had existed since the morning, so we feel they should have informed guests beforehand, especially families travelling with babies.
In addition, the dinner seemed quite scant, with little variety and an offering that did not live up to what we would expect from a accommodation of this standard.
We understand that faults can occur, but we believe the difference lies in how they are managed. The director later proposed a solution: offer us a future stay with us paying 50% of the room cost, a compensation we consider insufficient given the inconvenience caused.
From our experience, we did not feel that customer care was prioritised nor that a solution appropriate to what happened was provided.
Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Al llegar a la habitación comprobamos que por la ducha salía agua marrón, por lo que no pudimos bañarnos ni nosotros ni nuestro bebé.
Lo que más nos molestó fue la gestión de la incidencia. En recepción nos indicaron que no estaba ni el director ni el personal de mantenimiento y que no podían hacer nada porque se trataba de una avería. Sin embargo, según nos informaron, el problema existía desde por la mañana, por lo que consideramos que deberían haber avisado previamente a los clientes, especialmente a las familias que viajan con bebés.
Además, la cena nos pareció bastante escasa, con poca variedad y una oferta que no estaba a la altura de lo que esperábamos de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Entendemos que las averías pueden ocurrir, pero creemos que la diferencia está en cómo se gestionan. La solución propuesta posteriormente por el director fue ofrecernos una futura estancia abonando nosotros el 50% del coste de la habitación, una compensación que consideramos insuficiente teniendo en cuenta las molestias ocasionadas.
Por nuestra experiencia, no hemos sentido que se haya priorizado la atención al cliente ni que se haya dado una solución acorde con lo sucedido.
