Check-in at the hotel is from 16:00 and, since we had travelled from Madrid in the morning, they would not let us check in and rest until 16:00. Three days the food was excellent and for another three days we had nothing to eat; they make use of leftovers from one day to the next and the food is not fresh. Drink prices are excessive. The mattress on the bed is rock-hard. The hotel is located down an alley surrounded by construction sites with roads closed.

Our experience was, overall, acceptable, although there were several aspects that should be improved.
The buffet was not very varied and, in addition, there was a lack of important information regarding the half-board arrangement. We booked four nights with Half Board and the first two dinners were buffet-style, while the last two were changed to a set menu. On arriving at the restaurant we were given the menu, where we saw the price was €27 per person, but at that time no one explained that this menu was included in our booking or the reason for the change. This is information that should be provided from the outset.
Subsequently, we were told that, because there were few guests at the hotel, they were not maintaining the buffet. However, this meant we were moved to another dining room and had to wait nearly an hour to have dinner (it should be added that the food was good).
The worst part of the stay was, without doubt, the restaurant service. Apart from one waiter, who was attentive, professional and stood up for the team at all times, the rest of the staff showed a lack of initiative and interest in properly attending to guests. They were slow to clear plates and, in general, the service was rather poor.
Furthermore, when we asked at reception about the change from buffet to set menu, the staff were unaware of the situation, which shows an obvious lack of coordination between departments.
We also feel that the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.
Another point that surprised us greatly was the price they offered when we asked about extending our stay by two more nights. They asked for €401 per room per night, a rate that seemed pretentious and completely disproportionate, so we did not accept it, especially given the low occupancy the hotel had at that time.

El buffet resultó poco variado y, además, hubo una falta de información importante respecto al régimen de media pensión. Reservamos cuatro noches con media pensión y las dos primeras cenas fueron tipo buffet libre, mientras que las dos últimas pasaron a ser con un menú cerrado. Al llegar al restaurante nos entregaron la carta, donde vimos que el precio era de 27€ por persona, pero en ese momento nadie nos explicó que ese menú estaba incluido en nuestra reserva ni el motivo del cambio. Es una información que deberían facilitar desde el primer momento.
Posteriormente, la explicación que nos dieron fue que, al haber pocos huéspedes en el hotel, no mantenían el buffet. Sin embargo, esto supuso que nos trasladaran a otro comedor y tuviéramos que esperar cerca de una hora para poder cenar (añadir que la comida estaba buena).
Lo peor de la estancia fue, sin duda, el servicio del restaurante. Salvo un camarero, que fue atento, profesional y dio la cara en todo momento, el resto del personal mostró falta de iniciativa e interés por atender correctamente a los clientes. Costaba que recogieran los platos y, en general, el servicio fue bastante deficiente.
Además, cuando preguntamos en recepción por el cambio de buffet a menú, el personal no tenía conocimiento de la situación, lo que demuestra una evidente falta de coordinación entre departamentos.
También creemos que la limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorar.
Otro aspecto que nos llamó mucho la atención fue el precio que nos ofrecieron al consultar la posibilidad de ampliar la estancia dos noches más. Nos pidieron 401 € por habitación y noche, una tarifa que nos pareció pretenciosa y completamente desproporcionada y no aceptamos, viendo después la escasa ocupación que presentaba el hotel en ese momento.
