Housekeeping didn't come to the room daily; we had dirty towels for two days, dead bugs in the bathroom that clearly weren't being cleaned up because I had to remove them myself, and beds left unmade.
Several sockets didn't work so you had to leave your phone somewhere other than the bedside table, since they don't work there — the phone on the table is just decoration, not plugged in. I mentioned it on the first day and left on the fifth with my phone charging in the bathroom because they said someone would come to fix it and no one did.
The pool closes at 18:00, so if you're out sightseeing you'll never make it back in time for a swim.
But by far the worst thing is the buffet. We were a party of six, four of whom will eat anything, and they struggled to find anything to eat — very little variety; rice/pasta was either rock-hard or overcooked, which was the only "kid-friendly" option… And people with intolerances can't use this buffet: there's nothing prepared for them except a carton of lactose-free milk at breakfast. All the food is cross-contaminated — you picked up the tongs and, if you were lucky, they had only three types of food stuck together, since nothing is separated or packaged. For coeliacs there's literally nothing at all.
If you're after a cheap place just to sleep and won't be there during the day and are booking room-only, it's acceptable, but if you expect anything else, this is not your hotel.
La Limpieza no pasa por la habitación a diario, toallas sucias durante 2 días, bichos muertos en el baño que era evidente que no limpiaban porque tuve que retirarlos yo, y camas sin hacer.
Varios enchufes sin funcionar con lo que tienes que dejar el móvil en otro lugar que no sea la mesita, ya que allí no funcionan al igual que el teléfono que está de decoración enchufado en una mesita, que no tiene corriente. Lo comenté el primer día, y me fui el quinto con el móvil cargándose en el baño, ya que dijeron que vendrían a arreglarlo y nadie vino.
Piscina que cierra a las 18h, así que si vas a hacer alguna visita, nunca podrás llegar y darte un baño.
Pero lo peor con diferencia es el buffet. Viajábamos 6 personas de las cuales 4 no le hacen ascos a nada, y se las vieron y las desearon para poder comer algo, poca variedad, arroz/pasta o durísimo o pasadísimo, que era lo único que había como comida infantil… Y las personas con intolerancias no pueden acudir a este buffet, primero porque no hay nada preparado para ellos, excepto un brick de leche sin lactosa en el desayuno, toda la comida está contaminada, cogías unas pinzas y con suerte solo tenían 3 variedades de comida pegada, ya que no está en un lugar a parte o embolsado, para celíacos, en realidad es que no hay nada de nada.
Si buscas un sitio económico solo para dormir y no pisarlo en todo el día cogiendo solo alojamiento, es correcto, pero si esperas otra cosa, este no es tú hotel.

We complained and they came and fitted a sholiday to keep the water from escaping, but since the room was supposed to be adapted, with this 3 cm rubber sholiday, a wheelchair couldn’t get into the shower at all. To get into the bathroom, there was a gap of about 35 cm between the bed and the kitchenette — there’s no way a wheelchair would fit through there either. It was on the ground floor and looked out onto a garden that was actually a ravine; the room was full of ants, spiders, it was like a jungle. Then there were all these little lights, the smoke detector and the emergency exit light, which was a flashing green light. There was one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom, and the instructions sign for emergencies was phosphorescent, so when the lights were off at night, it was like a nightclub, with the flashing green emergency exit light, the smoke detectors flashing, and the A4-sized glowing rules sign. I complained and they put black tape over the emergency exit light and the smoke detector in the bedroom, but not the one in the bathroom. They had been painting and both rooms stank of paint and were stained everywhere: paint on the sockets, the floor, the skirting boards, the shower screen in the first room covered with paint splatters, the terrace floor covered in paint, they’d prepared the paint there without even putting down cardboard, all the tiles on the balcony were covered in it, and in the corridor someone had painted a door and left the whole width of the double door roller-marked onto the floor, with a strong smell of paint right from the corridor. It was very cheap and with just a little care and attention to detail, it wouldn’t be so bad. Después lleno de lucecitas, el detector de humos y la salida de emergencia una luz verde que parpadeaba, y había uno en el lavabo y otro en la habitación, el cartel con las normas a seguir en caso de emergencia era fotoluminiscente cuando apagabas las luces para dormir, parecía una discoteca, entre la luz verde de salida de emergencia y las de salidas de humos parpadeando y el cartel fotoluminiscente tamaño Din A 4. Habían pintado y en las dos habitaciones apestaba a pintura además de estar manchadas de pintura por todo: enchufes manchados de pintura, el suelo, los zócalos, el cristal de la mampara de la primera habitación lleno de las gotitas de pintura salpicadas, el suelo de la terraza de la primera habitación, lleno de pintura, habían estado preparando ahí la pintura sin ni siquiera poner un cartón en el suelo, todas las baldosas del balcón llenos de pintura, en el pasillo alguien pintó una puerta y todo el ancho de la puerta doble con el rodillo lleno de pintura marcado en el suelo y una peste a pintura muy fuerte ya desde el pasillo.
