When the hotel was full for the long weekend, then there were no complaints because we were not among the last, far from it.
El servicio de animacion en los primeros dias fue pobre y no ofrecian animación infantil. Eramos de los unicos que estabamos con niños. No entiendo que haya actividades solo para mayores de 13 años. Lo normal es que intentes que participe todo el mundo y si no hay gente que intentes adptar la actividad a los que tengas. Si en una ocasion si que dejaron que los niños participaran pero las veces que ivan ellos solos les decian que no se podia. Tampoco ofrecen servicio de picnic.
El personal de restaurante, a veces no resultaron muy educados. Nosotros llegabamos antes de las 15.30 que era el horario de comida y para esa hora teniamos los platos en la mesa de lo que ivamos a comer. Pues en dos ocasiones, apagaron las luces y encendieron porque eran las 16.00 y no habiamos salido y después, un comentario de por fin se han marchado. Tampoco era todo el personal pero si nos paso dos veces. Otras veces si nos preguntaban cuando ivan a retirar las cosas pero si que ese detalle no nos gusto. Cuando se lleno el hotel por el puente, entonces si que no habia pegas porque no eramos de los ultimos ni mucho menos.
