Liked the huge pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It was great that we managed to get into our room early by a few hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most of the staff were happy to help you.
As we were B and B only, on our first day we decided to have lunch in the hotel. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and french fries - too long. Did not like the fact that they were renovating the outside of the hotel - quite a bit of noise and unfortunately the work was being done next to the pool.

Horroroso y penoso , más bien un engaño de 4 estrellas superior no tiene nada , como mucho dos , la comida fritanga y repetitiva los 4 días , el servicio de camareros nefasto , no retiran los platos según vas comiendo tienes que levantarte tú y amontonarlos en la mesa de alado , como no recogen las mesas pues no ay platos , ni cucharas ect .. la habitación lo único amplia , el colchón es una colchoneta , la ducha te tienes que duchar con las chanclas puestas , si abres los dos grifos del lavabo y ducha ni agua sale, la alcachofa de la ducha no avía ni por dónde cojerla animación ninguna , la piscina parece un camping en vez de un hotel 4 suo , vamos horrible de lo peor que me he encontrado

Contratamos 2 habitaciones dobles en las cuales hicimos dos peticiones camas separadas y habitaciones comunicadas
Lo segundo nos tocó pelearlo durante un rato, finalmente nos las concedieron
Cuando entramos en las habitaciones los 2 baños estaban sucios y las bañeras con pelos de otras personas
Fuimos a quejarnos y tras una disculpa por parte de la relaciones públicas nos regalaron 2 botellas de cava y 2 bandejas de frutas ( por nuestra parte agradecidos con el detalle )
Al día siguiente una de las habitaciones no la limpiaron fuimos otra vez a quejarnos y tras volver a disculparse nos callaron la boca regalándonos una botella de cava ( pero la habitación nunca se limpió a pesar que nos dijeron que pasarían a limpiarla )
Las instalaciones ( en general ) estaban sucias por falta de personal
También me gustaría destacar que el conserje fue amabilísimo y encantador al igual que las chicas de la limpieza y los camareros también muy simpáticos y atentos

Hemos pasado 4 dias maravillosos. La atención ha sido muy buena y de lo que mas hemos disfrutado ha sido de la piscina y de todas las instalaciones.
Hemos encontrado el lugar adecuado para descansar unos dias y desconectar de la ciudad.

I don’t understand why they don’t cook anything on the griddle when they have the facilities, and instead use it to heat the tortillas for fajitas. It seems that fajitas, gyozas and spring rolls are considered enough. That food isn’t worth the €20 per person they charge without drinks. It’s not a meal befitting a four-star hotel.
