Me ha gustado mucho el personal de hostelería y de recepción y me ha encantado el servicio del spa, los masajes maravillosos. La piscina fantástica y la ubicación excelente.
The communal areas are very good, but the corridors and the rooms are a bit outdated for the range and the price of the hotel. I was also a little disappointed to pay more for a sea-view room, because what could be seen most was the back of the hotel, which was a wasteland; the rooms overlooking the pool were much better.
The room cleaning was, to be honest, improvable. On the first day they left us glasses that we used for drinking water and they left them there dirty for the four days. Some hair in the bath, and they did not change our towels in the five days. On the other hand, they offered free pool towels, which is appreciated, but they were awful—super old with a terrible colour.
Las zonas comunes están muy bien, pero los pasillos y las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas para la categoría y el precio del hotel, también me decepcionó un poco pagar más por una habitación con vistas al mar, porque lo que más se veía era la parte de detrás del hotel que era un secarral, eran mucho mejores las habitaciones que daban a la piscina.
La limpieza de habitación mejorable la verdad, el primer día nos dejaron copas que usamos para beber agua y nos las dejaron allí sucias los 4 días, algún pelo en la bañera y no nos cambiaron las toallas en los 5 días, por otro lado ofrecían toallas gratuitas para la piscina que se agradece pero eran horribles, super viejas con un color terrible.

There are no power outlets in the room near the bedside tables. The TV is almost invisible from the bed due to its placement (at least in our room). The "spa" is actually a pool and a hot tub, but it’s not bad considering it’s included in the deal. Something similar happens with the food—very improvable but plentiful and with good value for money.
