What ferry travel options are available?
- For this deal, departures are available from Valencia and Barcelona.
Important information about the ferry crossing
- The outbound journey is overnight, meaning you will board the ferry and spend the first night on board. You will arrive on the island the following morning.
- Please note that hotel check-in will be available from midday onwards. Until then, you will not have access to your room or hotel facilities to rest, so we recommend taking this into account when planning your trip.
- During the booking process, you will be able to check the approximate ferry schedules.
- We recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
- Together with your travel documents, you will receive all the details regarding the departure and arrival ports.
- Meals are not included during the ferry crossing.
Information about the ferry company
- The ferry crossing is usually operated by Trasmed.
- However, for operational reasons, the route may also be operated by GNV, another company covering the same route.
- The final ferry operator will be confirmed directly at the port on the day of departure.
- This will not affect your booking or the contracted services. The ferry company may simply assign the vessel according to operational needs.

How does the board basis work?

Between 1 June and 30 September 2026, Ibiza has introduced a daily limit on the number of vehicles allowed to circulate and stay on the island: 17,668 vehicles per day.
How does it work and how could it affect your trip?
Your booking does not include vehicle boarding, but you can add it as an extra during the booking process. If you choose this option:

once your booking is confirmed, we will ask you for your vehicle details and send them directly to the ferry company.

the ferry company will request the vehicle authorisation. Depending on availability, they will confirm whether the Consell d’Eivissa has approved or denied the request. As soon as we receive an update, we will let you know.

this authorisation costs €1 per day, but don’t worry, the ferry company covers this fee, so you won’t need to pay anything.

La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones grandes, aunque desaprovechadas.
We booked an APARTMENT but the kitchen was locked. We asked to use it to heat up jars and bottles for the baby, and they opened it, but there was only a microwave and a sink—no crockery or utensils of any kind. In the hotel dining room there was no air conditioning, which made eating there really unpleasant. The food was varied but the quantities were very small. If you didn't eat early, you couldn't try many things. It must have been a hotel with proper services in the past, but now it's completely wasted. There's a kids' club (closed), and a bar with a stage (now closes at 7pm).
It doesn’t deserve either the stars it has or the price you pay for the room. We don’t recommend it for families with children.
La reserva era en APARTAMENTO pero la cocina estaba cerrada con llave. Solicitamos su uso para calentar potitos y biberón de la bebé y la abrieron peor solamente había microondas y fregadero. Ni vajilla ni menaje de ningún tipo. En el comedor del hotel no había aire acondicionado y era muy desagradable comer así. La comida variada pero cantidades muy escasas. O comías pronto o no podías probar muchas cosas. En su día tuvo que ser un hotel con servicios pero ahora está totalmente desaprovechado. Hay un kid club (cerrado), bar con escenario (que ahora cierra a las 19h).

The room is adequate, but because of its location we requested a change and were told that room allocations prioritise other tour operators and that the worst-located rooms or those with insufficient air conditioning are left for “Busco un deal”, so they made a note but there was nothing they could do. Breakfast is basic but acceptable and dinner is strictly basic; the dining-room water tastes awful. A warning to families with children: there is absolutely no entertainment, not even a swing, and the children’s pool is closed. In fact the pool area is very unappealing so guests spend the day outside the hotel, as there is no food service there either. Note the terrible smell of the corridor carpeting outside the rooms. Obviously I will not return and, of course, I do not recommend it.
