Too many badly behaved children.

The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

Lo mejor del hotel ha sido parte del personal con la que hemos tratado, en particular, Susana y Maite, que están de servicio en el comedor. Les doy un mérito increíble por mantener su sonrisa,, amabilidad y paciencia con todo el ruido, agobio y monton de gente que había ahí a la hora de comer y cenar.
Lo digo con los máximos respetos, pero no volveía jamás a ese hotel. Estuvimos en mayo dos noches, jueves y viernes, días laborables y era un barullo insoportable de gente en la piscina y en el bar. No quiero pensar lo que será eso en agosto. Habrá gente que le guste semejante ruidera y barullo , pero desde luego si te quieres relajar y estar tranquilo, olvídate.

El personal de restauracion
Pusimos una reclamación oficial. Al llegar tuvimos que pedir que limpiarán la habitación pq estaba sucia, con gomas de pelo del anterior alojado, polvo y suciedad. A la noche llegamos a las 12:30 de la noche y no había luz en la habitación. Bajamos a recepción pero no consiguieron conectar la luz. Tuvimos que recoger todos los enseres y maletas y volver a bajar a recepción para ir a otra habitación. Esperamos en recepción y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas aunque nosotras pedimos cama doble así q nos hicieron volver a bajar a recepción con todo para esperar otra habitación.... Muy mal gestionado. Yo tengo movilidad reducida en un brazo y fue más molestia aún pasear Arribat y abajo con todas las maletas. Podrían haber dejado que descansamos en la habitación mientras nos buscaban otra no le pareció bien al trabajador. No nos dieron ninguna facilidad ni compensación. Esperamos que la reclamación oficial sirva para algo. Había muchas más familias en la misma situación.
