La brisa marina del entorno.
TOTAL and ABSOLUTE disappointment with this SCAM we fell for. Absolutely not recommended. Premium camping at the price of a 5-star hotel. We paid in advance €682 for 2 nights for 2 people to sleep on the floor on a Pikolin mattress where the springs dig into your back, and every time you stand up you bump your head because there’s hardly any space (please, change the mattress in bungalow 16 so the next guests don’t suffer), plus all the usual taxes for the accommodation, plus water (4 euros per bottle) every time we went to the restaurant.
It’s the first time we’ve paid so much for something so basic that’s nowhere near what’s shown in the photos on the website, which create completely false expectations. There’s only one photo that shows that you have to sleep on the floor, and it’s easy to miss when looking at all the pictures. The rest show spacious rooms that have nothing to do with what you actually find.
Without a doubt, we were expecting something else in line with the price. There’s a lot that needs improving:
- It’s outrageous that they ask for your credit card for a deposit as soon as you arrive to check-in, even though the payment has already been made in advance.
- The staff, although friendly and helpful, are clearly inexperienced and their response to any request is far from optimal.
- The electric carts used by employees don’t follow the arrows marking the flow of traffic in the internal areas, so it’s very common to have them come at you in the wrong direction while you’re walking or driving and following the correct route.
- The cleaning could be improved and of course, for that price, I expected the rooms to be cleaned daily.
- “Restaurant”: Cutlery is often damaged and dirty.
- The website’s room descriptions are really unclear, especially for those tiny and unbelievably uncomfortable spaces, like the upper bedroom area in the bungalows where you have to contort yourself just to get in.
- The breakfast hours are too limited to properly serve all guests, which leads to overcrowding and awkward situations.
- I could go on listing inefficiencies… but I think this is enough to highlight what needs to be improved.
With this APPALLING experience, this is the end of us booking with Jump2spain.com. You’ve just lost two customers and everyone we might have recommended you to.

Decepción TOTAL y ABSOLUTA por la ESTAFA contratada. Totalmente desaconsejable. Camping Premium a precio de Hotel 5*. Hemos pagado de forma anticipada 682 Euros por 2 noches para 2 personas por dormir en el suelo sobre una colchoneta de Pikolin que te clava los muelles sobre la espalda y que cada vez que te levantas de das un coscorrón en la cabeza por lo reducido del espacio (por favor, cambien el del bungalow 16 para no penalizar a los siguientes huéspedes), más las correspondientes tasas que implica el alojamiento, más el agua (4 euros por botella) cada vez que hemos acudido al restaurante.
Es la primera vez que pagamos un precio tan fuera de rango por algo tan básico que no está a la altura de lo que aparece en la información de la web y que crea falsas expectativas. Solamente hay una foto donde se aprecia que el huésped tiene que dormir en el suelo y que pasa totalmente desapercibida al visualizar la totalidad de las fotos. El resto muestra estancias espaciosas que nada tienen que ver con la realidad con la que te encuentras.
Sin duda, nos esperábamos otra cosa más en consonancia con el precio. Hay muchos puntos de mejora:
- Indignante que te soliciten la tarjeta de crédito nada más entrar a la hora de hacer el check-in en concepto de fianza cuando el pago ya ha sido efectuado por adelantado.
- El personal, aunque amable y servicial, se le nota falto de experiencia y la respuesta ante cualquier requerimiento no es la óptima.
- Los carros eléctricos de los empleados no respetan el sentido del tránsito marcado por las flechas de los espacios internos por lo que es muy frecuente que coincidan en sentido contrario cuando los clientes van caminando o en su vehículo siguiendo el sentido del itinerario correcto.
- La limpieza es mejorable y por supuesto no esperaba que con ese nivel de precio no se adecentaran las estancias a diario.
- “Restaurante”: Cubiertos deteriorados y sucios en múltiples ocasiones.
- Presentación web de las estancias poco claras. En especial de aquellos espacios minúsculos e incómodos a más no poder, como la zona del dormitorio de la parte superior de los bungalows en la que el huésped tiene que entrar haciendo contorsionismo.
- Horario de los desayunos muy reducido para dar una cobertura correcta a todo el personal alojado sin que haya saturaciones y momentos incómodos.
- Podría seguir con el listado de ineficiencias…..pero creo que ya es suficiente para ir mejorando en estos puntos.
Con esta experiencia LAMENTABLE ponemos fin a nuestras contrataciones con Buscounchollo.com. Acabáis de perder 2 clientes y todos aquellos a los que os podríamos recomendar.

When we stayed there the air conditioning kept losing its settings for some reason and we were in a heat wave, so whenever we went out and came back into the bungalow it had warmed up a lot. Also, the air doesn’t reach the loft where the bed is — that’s something that could be improved. We stayed in the tiny house.
