Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).

Mejor qué otro hotels en Roquetas. El personal trabaja muy duro y por eso no había mucha cola por buffet, bar etc. habitaciones muy limpio y espacioso. Comida bien y los toboganes fenomino

*Sunbeds are reserved from the very early hours of the morning, there are signs saying it’s not allowed but nobody checks if people reserve sunbeds. *It’s hard to regulate the air conditioning temperature in the rooms. *The main areas have no air conditioning, only the dining room and the lift do. In the café, it didn’t matter if you were inside or out (the conditions for the waiters were awful). If you want a coffee after your meal, you’d better go drink it in the lift!
*All-Inclusive ends at 11pm, but the entertainment goes on until around midnight.
*The Water Slides take up nearly all of the pool, so there’s hardly any space left for swimming. On top of that, balls and lilos are allowed… and with the water temperature (since the pool is so shallow), it’s really not nice to swim there.
*Buffet food… basic and repetitive. The quality is questionable for what we paid.
*There’s no changing room or courtesy room, so if you want to use the Water Slides on your last day… you have to get changed in the bathroom.
*It’s hard to see the evening entertainment for adults, the stage is within the café and there are very few people with a proper view inside or outside (pillars and glass walls get in the way).

*Las salidas de los toboganes hacen que apenas quede piscina para el baño libre. Además, se permiten pelotas, colchonetas…sumado con la temperatura del agua (ya que la piscina apenas cubre) bañarse no resulta nada apetecible.
*Comida del buffet…básica y repetitiva. Calidad cuestionable teniendo en cuenta lo pagado.
* No hay vestuario ni habitación de cortesía, x lo que si el último día aprovechas los toboganes…te tienes q cambiar en el baño.
*La animación nocturna para adultos, difícil verla, el escenario queda dentro de la cafetería y hay muy pocas sillas/mesas con visibilidad en el interior y en el exterior (columnas, cristaleras)

Otro punto negativo fueron los ascensores. El tiempo de espera era exageradamente largo, algo especialmente incómodo cuando vas con un bebé y un carrito. No puede ser que haya que esperar tantísimo tiempo para poder subir o bajar.
También tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Avisamos al técnico, que intentó limpiarlo, pero nos indicó que había que pedir una pieza y que no podían solucionarlo en ese momento. Con el calor que hacía, es algo que debería estar solucionado antes de que llegue el cliente.
Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el servicio de limpieza. Las dos mujeres que se encargaban de nuestra habitación fueron súper amables, atentas y profesionales.
En resumen, hay aspectos que deberían mejorar bastante, especialmente la masificación, el buffet, los ascensores y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones. El personal de limpieza y algunos trabajadores de recepción sí merecen una mención positiva, pero en general esperábamos mucho más de nuestra estancia.
