Information about access to the Caldea Classic thermal center
- The access to Caldea Classic is for the day after your check-in date at the hotel. That is, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
- You will have to enter at 10:00 am.
- Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be on time!
- Please note that, to access, you only need to show the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception of the thermal center.
- It is very important to note that it is not possible to make any changes.
Conditions for children
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the center.
- For safety reasons, children under 5 years old cannot access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access the children's spa. The entrance to the children's spa is already included in the package.
- For children between 5 and 11 years old, it is mandatory to present a document proving their age and they must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children is required).

- We’ll assign your show date for you! You won’t be able to choose it, but rest assured, you’ll enjoy it during your trip.
- Your ticket may be for your arrival day or any other day of your stay, but never on your departure day.
- Performances take place throughout July and early August.
- As tickets sell out, available dates will disappear from the website. Don’t wait, seats go fast and you won’t want to miss out.
- Before your trip begins, you’ll receive your confirmation voucher, where you’ll find your assigned show date.
- To collect your tickets, head to the reception at the Caldea Thermal Centre. You can do so up to 2 hours before the show starts. For example, if the show starts at 22:00, tickets must be collected before 20:00 on your assigned day.

- The show takes place at the Busos Centre Ciutat car park, located in Andorra la Vella (the capital).
- Capacity is limited to a maximum of 3,500 people.
- The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- Seats will be assigned in a zone to be confirmed, which will be communicated before the show so you can relax and enjoy.
- Show schedule:
- 21:40: pre-show entertainment begins
- 22:00: show starts
- We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to enjoy the pre-show and enter smoothly.

La suciedad de la habitación que no la habían llevado limpiado y nos habían puesto las mismas sábanas sucias de los que habían estado antes, solo una hora para almorzar o comer y si te tiras 30 minutos haciendo cola luego solo tienes otros 30 min para cenar y si no te hechan , los vasos sucios , no tienen ni idea de lo q es la intoxicación cruzada de alimentos , el spa lleno de moho ,, la atención desastrosa , mientras hay servicios almuerzo o cena el bar queda anulado , si bajas al bar a las 7:30 a tomar un café no puedes asta las 10:30h,, los conductos de ventilación/ calefacción no funcionaba , si dices algo de que la lámpara estaba rota , las sábanas sucias , pelos en la bañera , toallas usadas ,la habitación llena de polvo encima te dicen que eres muy mal educado que nos quejamos de vicio,,, si las pinzas del buffet se caen al suelo ,no las cambian y ponen otras limpias ,,, las cojen y las vuelven a poner ,,,, nos intentan ajuntar a todos los huéspedes en un solo turno y eso se nota porque en ved almorzar o cenar tienes que engullir,,,, nos fastidiaron nuestro aniversario de bodas ,,, el spa es cuando ellos quieren pero OJO , lo mínimo que puedes cojer ahí son hongos , por el moho , la piscina turbia, el jacuzzi parecía un madero el agua amarilla , las taquillas de los vestuarios sin llaves para poder dejar seguro tu ropa etc,,, las juntas de las racholas de la ducha negras , el buffet escaso ,malo de calidad poca variedad y cola exagerada, el penúltimo día no pudimos ni cenar y el último día de estancia nos fuimos sin almorzar ,,, hemos reservado ya 4/5 veces atraves de ustedes y siempre de 10 y porque no habia más ,,, pero este es un 0,,,, y porque no hay menos si no ,uffff , telarañas , suciedad allí donde mires ,,, no vuelvo más a ese hotel ni aunque me lo regalen la estancia ,,,, que para mí las 4 estrellas la compraron en los chinos y se las pegaron ,,, porque sala de TV , está pero vacía ,, sala de juegos lo mismo , muy pero que muy decepcionado
