• With this offer, you’ll stay in a 4★ hotel inside the resort. The hotel cannot be chosen, as it is assigned directly by the park… but every option is fantastic.

• Your hotel will be confirmed the afternoon before your arrival.
  You’ll receive an email with the name of your hotel, then all that’s left to do is pack your bags and enjoy your getaway.

How do the park tickets work?

Getting your tickets is incredibly easy.

• Once you complete the online check-in, the hotel staff will provide you with a card.
  This card will be both your room key and your park ticket.

• In your confirmation voucher you’ll find a link to complete the online check-in.
  You can also do this at the self check-in machines available at the hotel reception.

When can I access the park?

• You can start enjoying the park first thing in the morning.
  With your card, you’ll be able to enter the park even before your room has been assigned (rooms are available from 15:00).

  • Exception: dates when the park is closed during the week.

• On your day of departure, you must leave your room before 11:00.
  However, you can still access the park and continue enjoying the attractions for the rest of the day, within opening hours.

How do the parks work?

• PortAventura Park: unlimited access

  • Enjoy unlimited access from the morning of your first day until the afternoon of your last day.

• Ferrari Land: 1 access per person

  • Choose one day during your stay to visit Ferrari Land.

  • Please note that the park is not open every day, so we recommend checking the opening calendar before planning your visit.

  • If the Ferrari Land ticket is not used, or if the park is closed, no refund can be issued.
