En general todo está bien, las piscinas, la comida también hay un poco de todo. La animación del hotel. Hay vida nocturna cerca.
Me parece un robo que por una botella de agua cobren 5€ y al no estar incluidas las bebidas es donde te peguen el sablazo. Las habitaciones están un poco deterioradas. Los toboganes no se qué les pasa que no resbalan.

La queja es hacia buscaunchollo.com. Debería especificar que la pensión completa empieza con el almuerzo y termina con el desayuno porque tuvimos un problema en el hotel a causa de eso.
Mi queja hacia el hotel es que estaba llenísimo de niños y no hubo nada de animación.

El hotel bien pero al llegar nos dijeron que con quien habíamos hecho la reserva porque ellos no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre, les enseñé el papel impreso de busco chollo y éramos 3 personas y nos alojaron en una habitación para 2 solo pusieron otra toalla más y porque se la pedí. Os llamé y no me cogisteis el teléfono pienso que la culpa fue vuestra.
La comida repetitiva y no muy buena y vuestro fallo si fue vuestro.

La atención en recepción , los camareros , las chicas de la limpieza y los monitores excepto. Asi como la piscina y el entorno con su cercanía al mar.
Uno de los monitores que utilizo sus actuaciones como critico político, en este caso un chico que hacia la actuación de Mago, en sus comentarios despectivos a un grupo político en concreto, cada uno podemos tener ideologías políticas diferentes pero en actuaciones publicas dirigidas sobre todo a entretener a niños y padres , esos comentarios deben quedar fuera dado que no sabes a quien tienes enfrente, porque falto dos duros para saltar y decirle que se guardase sus comentarios para otra ocasión.

Hotel ideal familias, piscina enorme con tobogán, la animación excelente, tanto para adultos como para niños. En septiembre hay tumbonas de sobra, aparcamiento gratuito tanto en el exterior como en interior del hotel. Acceso a la playa y al paseo marítimo desde el hotel, saliendo a la izquierda está el puerto con tiendas de toda clase, pubs y restaurantes. Hay carril bici también. El todo incluido genial y los niños lo agradecen mucho. La comida que hay está muy buena y los desayunos increíbles. El hotel tiene 30 años y se nota un poco, pero está muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas!
