• It is a general admission ticket with guaranteed seating per person.

• We will assign you the day of the show! This means that you can't choose it, but rest assured that you will be able to enjoy it during your holiday! * You may get a ticket for the day you arrive or any other day of your holiday, but never the day you leave!

  • Performances take place during the month of July and early August.
  • As tickets sell out, you will see available dates disappear from the website, so hurry! Seats are flying, and you won't want to miss out.

• Before you start your holiday, we'll send you the confirmation voucher: there you'll be able to see the day of the show.

• To pick up your tickets, you will have to go to the reception of the Caldea Spa Centre. You can do so up to 2 hours before the show starts. That is, if the show starts at 22:00h, you must pick up your tickets before 20:00h of the day we have assigned you. More details

• The show will take place at the Busos Centre Ciutat car park lot, located in Andorra la Vella (the capital).

• The capacity is limited to a maximum of 3,500 people.

• The show lasts approximately 60 minutes.

• Seats will be assigned in an area to be confirmed, which will be informed to you before the show so you can enjoy it with total peace of mind.

• The show schedule is as follows: * At 21:40h: the previous animation begins.

  • At 22:00h: the show starts.

• We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes or 1 hour in advance to enjoy the pre-show entertainment and access with peace of mind.

• If you do not show up for the show on the day and time indicated on the voucher, we will not be able to exchange your tickets for another day. This is a non-refundable service.

Information about access to the Caldea Classic thermal center

• The access to Caldea Classic is for the day after your check-in date at the hotel. That is, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
• You will have to enter at 10:00 am.
• Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be on time!
• Please note that, to access, you only need to show the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception of the thermal center.
• It is very important to note that it is not possible to make any changes.

Conditions for children

• For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the center.
• For safety reasons, children under 5 years old cannot access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access the children's spa. The entrance to the children's spa is already included in the package.
• For children between 5 and 11 years old, it is mandatory to present a document proving their age and they must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children is required).
• The children's entrance fee is already included in the package you have booked.

General conditions

• All people less than 1.30 m. tall must enter with arm floats.
• For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or a bandaged or plastered body member are not allowed.
• It is mandatory to be punctual and respect the time you have booked to enter the center.
• Please note that in the event that Caldea has full capacity on a given day, we will offer you a ticket for another day of your stay. This is not usual, but if this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible.

Located at the Ski Plaza Hotel, the Pyrene Spa is a haven of wellbeing in the heart of the Pyrenees. Its hydrotherapy circuit combines hydromassage areas designed to boost circulation, relax muscles and revitalise the body.

You’ll also find hot stone beds, a hammam and sauna, ideal for enhancing skin health, breathing and overall relaxation. The experience is completed with contrast showers that alternate hot and cold water, helping to energise and strengthen your body.
