• This is a general admission ticket with a guaranteed seat per person.

• The show date will be assigned to you. You won’t be able to choose it, but you’ll enjoy it during your stay:

  • It may be on your arrival day or any day during your holiday, but never on your departure day.
  • Shows take place throughout July and early August.
  • As tickets sell out, available dates disappear, so don’t wait too long!

• Before your trip, you’ll receive a confirmation voucher with your assigned show date.

• To collect your tickets, go to the Caldea Spa reception up to 2 hours before the show.

  • For example, if the show starts at 22:00, collect them before 20:00 on your assigned day.

• Capacity: maximum 3,500 people.
• Duration: approximately 60 minutes.
• Seating will be assigned in a specific area, confirmed before the show.
