Hola, elegí el Bali porque estaba a un precio muy bueno para ser 4 **** , en general todo perfecto aunque me faltó información al realizar el check in, donde está cada cosa... , horarios, actividades... Amplio horario para las comidas, buffet perfecto, música en directo por las noches. El mirador visita obligada, aunque creo que debería ser gratuito para los alojados en el hotel, por lo menos una visita
Para ser un 4**** una smart TV no estaría mal, unas zapatillas de cortesía. La espera para los ascensores era bastante y falta algún cartel cuando un ascensor sea solo para bajar.

Sinceramente, al escuchar el nombre de Gran Bali pensamos que sería increíble! Nos tuvimos que ir al centro de Benidorm para poder pasar una tarde divertida con mis dos hijas. Querían ir a la piscina y en recepción nos dijeron que no tenian toallas disponibles por el aforo ( cosa que la mayoría de huéspedes tenian su toalla, pero yo deduje que no haría falta llevarla, que en el hotel podriamos conseguir ) eran las 16h y el hotel no estaba muy lleno. El personal de animación fué amable, y el Sr. Orlando también. Las recepcionistas tenian cara de "no me hables".
La habitación estaba decente, los baños llenos de moho en la ducha y en todos los grifos.

Me ha gustado que tengan dos restaurantes con distintos horarios en comidas para la gente que tiene, así se puede estar más agusto, si no no dan abasto.
La habitación tenía muchísimo polvo, no sé si sea porque me daba a los aires acondicionados y no veía absolutamente nada (planta 1), pero podías escribir perfectamente en las puertas con el polvo, cada vez que me duchaba se inundaba el cuarto de baño ya que no tragaba las duchas, las puertas todas bufadas, el tema de comidas, por la mañana todos los días lo mismo, para comer y cenar algo más variado.

Poder descansar
El "gran" hotel Bali lo será por su tamaño. Un hotel de 4 estrellas justito. El personal es bastante apático, exceptuando el servicio de limpieza, tanto exterior como en habitaciones. La que nos asignaron (802) era amplia y las camas confortables, pero la insonorización interior era nula: se oía todo. En cuanto al comedor, las personas que se encargaban de controlar la entrada, nada tenían que envidiar al servicio de aduanas e inmigración de EEUU. Entiendo que puedan estar cumpliendo con su trabajo, e incluso que puedan estar cansados de tanto huesped, pero no les vendría mal un poco de empatía.La comida bien, aunque poco variada. Lo peor de todo es el incumplimiento de la regularización combinada del Real Decreto 193/2023 a nivel estatal y el Decreto 10/2021 de la Comunidad Valenciana, en cuanto a plazas de aparcamiento para personas con discapacidad: al solicitarla en recepción, con mi correspondiente acreditación, me dijeron que no tenían. En resumen: si lo que buscas es un hotel barato, este puede ser una opción. Si quieres algo más de calidad, no vengas al Bali.
