Para acceder a la habitación hay que pasar por unas pocas escaleras, pero con niños y maletas es un inconveniente.
La comida del bufete una auténtica porquería, mal cocinada, super prefabricada y/o ultracongelada, comida y cena repetitiva todos los días, nada de variedad, no reponían depende de que platos y la hora (estando dentro de sus horarios...), sólo 1 primero para comer, 2 segundos, 1 ó 2 acompañamientos y pastelitos de plástico congelados y alguna fruta de postre... DESASTROSO COMER EN ESTE HOTEL.... Los niños se han alimentado a base de patatas fritas y fruta. No tienen nada para ellos...

Nos ha encantado el hotel sus instalaciones, la comodidad de la cama, las vistas de la habitación, lo amplias que son y todo puesto con tanto mimo y detalle es más casi de un 4 estrellas. El personal super amable y muy servicial. Y con respecto a las comidas, cenas es un buffet pequeño pero todo estaba muy rico y reponían continuamente.

Y en la habitación 116 que fue en la que yo estuve, en una esquina del techo , había una tela de araña considerable y en el aseo al lado del wc una mancha de orina de otros clientes , nos hicieron la habitación y no se brindaron ni en barrer solo hicieron la cama .En general una experiencia pesima , vergonzoso .
