Sres responsables, los secadores de pelo se debereian cambiar por otra marca diferente, pues no es normal , que se quemen tres y dejen de funcionar en menos de media hora de intervalo, lo que ha necesitado el técnico para cambiarlos uno por otros nuevos.

Alhama es un enclave unico para realizar inolvidables excursiones y tras ellas reposar en el placentero SPA. La limpieza del hotel es buena y su buffet, aunque mejorable, tambien está bien.
Desde nuesta llegada intentaron vendernos mejora de habitación, gorros de baño, albornoz, etc. Nada propio de un 4 estrellas. Al no aceptar el upgrade de habitación nos dieron la 307 que, como pudimos comprobar, da a la zona de carga y descarga de los proveedores del hotel, teniendo ruido y golpes desde primerísima hora. El sábado encontramos el SPA masificado, tanto como para tener que estar esperando para poder disfrutar de alguna de las más de 20 experiencias acuaticas que ofrecen en su piscina. Lo unico que estaba libre era el pediluvio

Íbamos con una persona con movilidad reducida y solamente un día pudimos aparcar abajo en la puerta del hotel por que solo hay una plaza de aparcamiento abajo para personas con movilidad reducida deberían de colocar más pues plazas abajo pues el resto de aparcamiento está arriba de la montaña

Todo correcto el primer día comida de calidad y variedad,el problema llegó el segundo día,y o,casualidad que llegó un grupo grande organizado y la comida bajo bastante de variedad y calidad,creo que los demás clientes no debemos pagar este peor servicio porque el hotel reciba grupos organizados que seguro este fue el motivo de este cambio tan radical,de hecho tanto en desayuno como en cena bajo la variedad y calidad como un 40%,si este es el proceder del hotel ante estás situaciones no volveré ni lo recomendaré.espero respuesta por parte del hotel ante estos cambios a peor.
