Lo mejor los desayunos y el personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación es perfecta para la llegada en metro desde el aeropuerto y perfecta para visitar las zonas de interés. Además que el precio del pack con el crucero por el rio Duero muy competitivo. La visita a la Bodega pues estuvo bien, sin más.
A lo mejor tuvimos poca suerte con la habitación. Me explico:
La cama era de muelles y demasiado rígida e incomoda. Es lo que más me perjudicó.
La habitación daba a un patio trasero, es decir no había vistas.
Según la reserva habíamos elegido la "habitación confort" y el baño era extremadamente pequeño. Para acceder a la ducha, primero tenías que salir del baño para poder abrir la puerta de la ducha sin que chocaras y luego meterte en la ducha.
Estábamos en una habitación en la primera planta y desafortunadamente se hoyan las conversaciones, sonidos y ruidos de las habitaciones colindantes...dejad volar vuestra imaginación.
Por suerte estuvimos poco tiempo en la habitación porque la ciudad merece ser vivida y visitada. Oporto es preciosa

Me gustó el trato del personal, todo muy limpio, el desayuno completo, variado y muy bueno. Habia cerca una parada del bus, andando hasta el centro entre media hora, 3/4 de horas.
