About the water area of the Best Andorra Center
Relax and recharge your energy in the water area of the Best Andorra Center with indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna and a perfect solarium terrace.
Enjoy a relaxing time in the indoor pool and extend the relaxation in the sauna, open in the afternoon.
- The schedule is as follows: from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- The sauna is open from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
- The use of towel, bathing suit and flip-flops is compulsory.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Caldea
Caldea, a spa centre located in the middle of nature. This magnificent thermoludic center takes advantage of the natural properties of the water of Escaldes and offers a wide variety of areas to relax body and mind.
You can swim between indoor and outdoor lagoons, relax in jacuzzis and saunas or stimulate circulation from head to toe through the Icelandic bathing areas. The Caldea center also offers different treatments that you can hire once you are there.
Information about the access to the Caldea Classic spa center
- The access to Caldea Classic is for the day after your check-in date at the hotel. That is, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
- You will have to enter at 2:30 pm.
- Duration of 2 hours to enjoy its thermal facilities.
- Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be on time!
- Please note that, to access, you only need to show the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception of the spa centre.
- It is very important to note that it is not possible to make any changes.
Conditions for children
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the center.
- For safety reasons, children under 5 years old cannot access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access the children's spa. The entrance to the children's spa is already included in the package.
- For children between 5 and 11 years old, it is mandatory to present a document proving their age and they must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children is required).
- The entrance fee for children is already included in the package you have booked.
General terms and conditions
- All people under 1.30 m. height must enter with arm floats.
- For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or with a bandaged or plastered body member are not allowed.
- It is mandatory to be punctual and respect the time of access you have booked to access the center.
- Please note that in case Caldea has full capacity on a given day, we will offer you the entrance for another day of your stay. It is not usual, but if this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible.
Take note
- The Caldea Spa Centre will be closed on 25/12.
- From April 7 to July 2 (both dates included), the center will be closed for maintenance.
Caldea Essential access included in your stay
For stays from 07/04 to 03/07, the included access will be to Caldea Essential (adults only), as Caldea Classic will be temporarily closed for maintenance.
What is Caldea Essential?
It is the adults-only area of Caldea Spa Centre designed for pure relaxation (Caldea Premium). Here you will find cascading thermal lagoons, an outdoor lagoon with mountain views, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a relaxation lounge with heated hammocks and a reactivation area with hammam, water beds and chromatic showers.
Information on access to the Caldea Essential spa center
- Access to Caldea Essential is scheduled for the day after check-in at your hotel. For example, if your stay starts on Friday, access to the spa will be on Saturday.
- Check-in time: 11:00.
- Duration: 3 hours to enjoy the thermal facilities.
- Please note that late arrivals will not be able to enjoy the Caldea Essential session, so be sure to arrive on time.
- To enter, just show the confirmation voucher that will be sent to you at the reception of the thermal center.
Important
- The Caldea Premium ticket is only available for those over 16 years of age.
- Access to Caldea Classic will not be available due to its closure for maintenance.
- It is mandatory to wear flip-flops, bathrobe and towels, which are included with the ticket.

- Room Only: they travel FREE.
- Bed and Breakfast: they travel with a surcharge of 6€ per child per night.
- Half Board: they travel with a surcharge of 14€ per child per night.
- Full Board: they travel with a surcharge of 22€ for each child per night.
Children 12 years old and under
- They travel with an approximate 50% discount at the hotel, and pay for the Caldea activity.
Discounts do not apply for children from 13 years old included.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate. The base room rate for children's discount is the exterior double room.

Tourism tax

El personal del hotel muy amable. El bufet variado y comida con buen sabor. El hotel muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a todos lados, aunque tiene parking nosotros aparcamos al lado del hotel en el parking centro histórico cogiendo, ya que en Andorra los parking son todos de pago.
Pistas de esquí a 20 minutos en coche y sino hay transporte publico cerca del hotel.
