Tasting of Mussels and Rice Stew
- With this deal, you will enjoy a tasting of freshly prepared mussels and a delicious rice stew.
- The tastings will take place at a local restaurant located approximately 1 km from the hotel (about a 10-minute walk).

Visit to the Santoña Anchovy Factory

Upon arrival at the hotel, reception staff will provide all the necessary information regarding the visit to the anchovy factory.

Location: The visit will take place at the Conservas Emilia facilities in Santoña.
Please note that transportation to the factory is not included in the price of the deal.

Visit schedule: Guided tours are available at 11:00h and 12:00h.

The factory remains closed on Sundays.

Dormimos la primera noche porque no encontramos otro lugar ese dia. El sitio tiene mucha falta de una reforma y una limpieza a fondo. El olor al entrar ya te dice las condicionen en las que esta. Las playas Santoña isla Noja.....

Nos dieron una habitación con dos camas juntas y dos literas. Muebles q estaban muy viejos, el baño con una puerta con cristales donde pierdes la intimidad.
El hotel estaba muy dejado, sucio, en la recepción solo vimos a alguien una vez de todas las q pasamos. El comedor ......tiene quejas de todo. El primer día movimos una silla a l lado pirq se movial al sentarte y al día siguiente seguí en el mismo sitio, botes vacías pero sucios los dos días, vamoslos mismos. Café marítimo, embutido seco de ponerlo di tras día.......deja mucho q desear y por supuesto nadie q te atienda.
La zona spa...tenían roto el termostato del motor q calienta el agua por lo q estaba fría, casualidad.
No entramos porq despues de ver lo demás, nos pareció mejor no ver más.
No aconsejo este hotel

Absolutamente no hay nada positivo que podamos decir, una pesadilla, una experiencia para olvidar. Nos encontramos con una posada que era un auténtico desastre en todos los sentidos. La habitación que nos dieron tenía extremadamente mucha humedad, no existe mantenimiento alguno por parte de nadie en ese edificio, el spa como tal no es ningún spa, es una bañera grande con agua templada,metida en un sótano oscuro sin ventilación y con una sauna que le faltaban la mitad de las maderas en el suelo. El olor según llegamos al hotel era insufrible. Los enchufes no tenían embellecedores, el cabecero estaba caído, no había luces ambiente de ningún tipo, había una luz de lectura rota y oxidada, el colchón era como una cama de ladrillos, no funcionó en ningún momento el aire acondicionado o calefacción, un desayuno de batalla.

In the room, you couldn't breathe because of the humidity, we couldn't rest in the two days we stayed at the hotel, we decided to stay because we were far from home, we considered looking for another place to sleep but everything was fully booked on those dates. They charged us 20 euros for the terrace surcharge, and 4 euros for the bathrobe rental. I would not recommend it to anyone at all, it is by far the worst (hotel) we have stayed at in many years.

En la habitación no se podía respirar de la humedad que había, no pudimos descansar en los dos días que permanecimos en el hotel, decidimos quedarnos porque estábamos lejos de casa, valoramos la opción de buscar otro sitio para dormir pero en esas fechas estaba todo ocupado. Nos cobraron 20 euros de suplemento por la terraza, y 4 euros por el alquiler del albornoz. No lo recomendaría a nadie en absoluto es el peor (hotel) con diferencia en el que hemos estado desde hace muchos años.

The mattress was very hard every day with a horrible lumbar pain, treated with indifference. I asked them to fix the terrace door handle since it was broken and had direct access to the street, but they did nothing. The plugs were half removed, a very small closet, if you can call it that, with two hangers. I left the carpet on the floor soaked for them to replace it, and they asked me to fold it on top of the clean towels. El colchón era durísimo todos los días con un dolor lumbar horrible,el trato con indiferencia pedí que arreglaran el picaporte de la terraza ya que estaba roto y tenía acceso directo a la calle y no hicieron nada ,los enchufes medio quitados , un pequeñísimo armario por llamarlo así con dos perchas y dejé la alfombra del suelo encharcada para que la sustituyeran y me la pidió engurruñada encima de las toallas limpias,no colocaban las toallas ,la cama mal hecha y nos dejaron con fianza dos albornoces tamaño niño encogidos y muy ásperos entre otras cosas ,es desayuno pasable

Es una pena como tienen el hotel por que el hotel es bonito esta bien situado para poder moverte por los alrededores y lo estan dejando caer.
En la habitación faltan enchufes , colgadores para dejar los albornoces para que se sequen, mamapara en la ducha que las cortinas son antihigienicas y se sale todoe l agua.
El spa abandonado , con precinto muchas cosas, estancias cerradas que no se pueden utilizar por deterioro.
En general si lo pusiesen al día estaría muy bien.
