Lo peor es que no tiene aparcamiento propio, al estar en unza zona alejada de las masificaciones de la isla es necesario un coche para poder moverte y el aparcamiento en los alrededores del hotel es muy limitado y para poder aparcar tenías que dar muchas vueltas y esperar.
Otro detalle a resaltar es que las camas están bastante trotadas, pero aún así hemos descansado bien.
Los horarios del bar de la piscina eran un poco extraños, a mí parecer; la piscina cerraba a las 18:00 horas y el bar ubicado en ella lo hacía a las 16:00 horas, seguidamente abría uno que estaba en la zona interior y disfrutabas igualmente de sus servicios, pero a mí entender tendría más sentido alargar el tiempo del bar de la piscina.

El servicio es sin duda lo mejor, el personal suuuper atento, amable y animado. El hotel esta muy bien en general, y el buffet de calidad mejorable pero variado. Piscina grande y comida a todas horas practicamente.
Los cócteles al ser un todo incluido los hacen con máquinas y estan bastante malos. También destacaría negativamente el ruido, tanto de clientes como de personal de limpieza. Desde bien temprano te despiertan los portazos de la gente saliendo y las paredes son muy finas así que se escucha todo.
