At midday the chips were undercooked, the white rice was hard, the pasta inedible. We only ate well one day at lunchtime. Dinner was somewhat better — at least it was properly cooked. The 4-star hotel barely lives up to that rating. The pool area is very small for the number of people and there were many flies, which made it impossible to relax. In the bathroom, as a suggestion, I would remove the curtain and the bathtub and install a shower with a screen — the curtain accumulates dirt. Some areas need renovation. Finally, one morning we went to the pool; there were people there and we didn’t realise there were still 10 minutes until opening time — our fault — but a staff member came and started shouting at everyone that it wasn’t time and that the children from the other family couldn’t bathe. We were on the sunbed. Things could be said differently and not shouted, especially when at first we didn’t know what was happening. He left slamming the door.
