As small things to improve, it would be nice if the hotel offered a simple option for taking a meal away on the day of departure when, because of transport schedules, you cannot make use of a meal that is already included — even a sandwich prepared in the café would be appreciated. It was not a major issue for us, but it would be a nice touch. We also think that, with check-in from 15:00h, it would be great to have the room until 12:00h rather than 11:00 on the day of departure. On the first night we found a few little ants around the washbasin area; we reported it and it was dealt with quickly, and we hardly saw any more during our stay. Finally, as a suggestion, we would extend the pool hours slightly, for example from 10:00 to 21:00. These are just minor points to improve, because our overall experience was very good and we would certainly return.
Como pequeños aspectos a mejorar, estaría bien que el hotel ofreciese alguna opción sencilla para llevar el día de salida cuando, por horarios de transporte, no puedes aprovechar una comida que ya tienes incluida, aunque fuese un bocadillo preparado en la cafetería. No fue ningún inconveniente importante para nosotros, pero sería un buen detalle. También creemos que, teniendo el check-in a partir de las 15:00, sería estupendo poder disponer de la habitación hasta las 12:00 en lugar de las 11:00 el día de salida. La primera noche encontramos algunas hormiguitas en la zona del lavabo, aunque avisamos y lo solucionaron rápidamente, y apenas volvimos a ver alguna durante la estancia. Por último, como sugerencia, ampliaríamos un poco el horario de la piscina, por ejemplo de 10:00 a 21:00. Son simplemente pequeños detalles a mejorar, porque nuestra experiencia en general ha sido muy buena y volveríamos sin duda.

For a 4* rating it’s rather mediocre. Small, poorly insulated room — traffic noise could be heard and the curtains didn’t completely block out the light, making it hard to rest. The daily pet fee is €30, which seems excessive. The pool is small for the hotel’s capacity and there were no sunbeds available. The food could be improved and the dining room didn’t have the **air conditioning** on even during a heatwave, so it wasn’t pleasant to go down for a meal.
