Antes de llegar estaba un poco manioso por qué pensaba que al ser tan barato nos podríamos encontrar cualquier cosa pero no la primera sorpresa fue la habitación, amplia, con balcón, una ventana con vistas a la piscina, muy bonita por cierto, neverita y muy limpio así que nuestras expectativas cambiaron de repente a mejor.

Pues este hotel ha tenido muchos fallos y ni si quiera hablaron con nosotros ninguno de los responsables para empezar nada mas llegar al hotel los baños olían fatal... la cena del primer dia solo pude comer ensalada alemana ... y los demas que probamos no estaba para comer un simple arroz cocido estaba pasado de mas .... se lo comentamos al cocinero que se llevó un poco en un plato y lo retiro al dia siguiente la paella para comer estaba mas o menos bien ... pero tuvimos que esperar demasido tiempo desde que se acaba hasta que sacaban otra... se lo comentamos en recepción y ademas tb nuestra sorpresa de que de las dos planchas que tenía ninguna tenían nada fresco de pescado o carne ... proteínas... y lo elaborado como ya he dicho escaso y elaboración mínima... pues ya ese día pusieron por la noche las dos planchas a todo decir que el hotel no se si completo pero comedor estaba lleno ... y la última noche una de las planchas roti de pavo que ya solo el aspecto...y sobretodo decir que la directora nos vio y mo fue capaz de hablar con nosotros y la verdad que .... no volveré a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada ... a tb decir que tengo una hija y que la zona de niños ... ojo ojo!!! Menos mal que esta vez no venía con nosotros ...

We were given a very new room upon arrival but the air conditioning was not working and they couldn't get it to work, thank god they moved us to a rather old room but it was spacious and had a terrace. I think it needs a good renovation.
As for the hotel's cleanliness, it is deplorable, they only make the beds and change the towels daily, they don't bother to clean, sweep, or mop. And to top it off, one day there was a cockroach in the room. In short.
Regarding the hotel pool, it is very small for all the guests, there have been days when there was no space to get into the pool. We have counted up to 40 people in the water and the water was overflowing from the pool. There are also not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel.
Lastly, speaking of the dining room, it is true that it is very spacious and large. As for the food, it is true that it is very varied, but when something runs out they do not replenish it, so either you go early or there are things you cannot try.
I would also like to mention that the claim of being close to the beach is not true, it takes about 8 minutes to get there.

En primer lugar, personalmente diría que es un hotel de 3 estrellas más que de 4.
Tiene demasiadas carencias como por ejemplo:
Nos tocó una habitación al llegar muy nueva pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no consiguieron hacerlo funcionar, gracias a dios que nos cambiaron de habitación a una bastante antigua pero era amplia y con terraza.Considero que necesita una buena reforma .
En cuanto a la limpieza del hotel denigrante, lo que hacen diariamente es hacer las camas y cambiarte las toallas, no se molestan ni en limpiar, ni barrer, ni en fregar. Y para colmo un día una cucaracha en la habitación. En fin.
En cuanto a la piscina del hotel, es muy pequeña para toda la clientela, ha habido días que no había espacio para meterte en la piscina. Hemos llegado a contar 40 personas dentro del agua y el agua se salía de la piscina. Tampoco hay hamacas para todo el hotel.
Y, por último, hablar del comedor, es verdad que es muy amplio y grande. En relación a la comida si que es cierto que es muy variada, pero cuando se acaba algo no reponen, por lo que o vais a primera hora o hay cosas que no puedes probar.
Decir también que eso de que está cerca de la playa no es verdad, tardas unos 8 min en llegar.
