3 things to improve.

On the last day we again saw the lack of quality and poor cooking.
We don’t know what causes these radical changes since we are not very demanding about meals, but when something is low quality and badly cooked it is clearly unacceptable.
We notice how other diners avoid dishes that look unappetising, and conversely they eat more when things are well made and quality rises.
When I talk about quality I don’t mean expensive dishes, I mean whether the food is precooked or cooked in the hotel.
For example, the Spanish omelette is precooked, lasagne precooked, etc.
And besides being precooked they are not of better quality. They are like the worst you can find in a supermarket, not the better ready-made products, but the worst.
And when I say poorly cooked, it’s because dishes either lack flavour, are undercooked or overcooked.
For example, the person at the griddle facing the public mostly isn’t actually cooking at the griddle; most items are prepared beforehand and left on trays, and you find things either raw or overcooked.
All these problems don’t happen every day, which is very puzzling.
I have come to the conclusion, without asking, that there are two teams in the kitchen: when team 1 is in the kitchen things go badly and when team 2 is working things are better.
With team 2, even if the ingredients are not of high quality, they cook them better and resolve issues more effectively.
As for the waiting staff who clear and set the tables, I would say they are excellent; nothing to criticise. They do their job very efficiently and with great dedication.
They are the ones who save the situation from all this neglect.
If everything worked as it does with team 2 and with these waiters things would improve, and if higher-quality ingredients were used the problem would be largely solved.

1 La que menos importacia es, que darle un aspecto mas moderno a todo el hotel en general.
2 la que importa mas o menos, la piscina, piscina tamaño mediano, poquisimas hamacas y sombrillas, y muchas en mal estado, tanto las hamacas como las sombrillas.
Y limpiar mejor la piscina, sobre todo el cerco que deja el agua en la pared de la piscina, da mala impresion.
3 la que mas me importa. El resturante.
Aqui hay una gran contrariedad.
Hay dias que se come bien, y cuando digo bien es decir decente y hay dias que no se come bien.
Los 2 primeros dias fueron malos el la comida, comida de poca calidad y mal cocinada.
Los otros 2 dias la cosa mejora vastante y empieza a ser algo mejor la calidad y mejor cocinado, por lo que se ve una gran mejora,
El ultimo dia volvemos a ver la falta de calidad y mal cocinado de las cosas.
No sabemos a que se puede deber esos cambios tan radicales ya que no somos muy exigentes con las comidas pero cuando vemos que algo no es de calidad y mal cocinado, es sin duda algo malo y no deseado.
Vemos como el resto de comensales no se comen la comida por los ojos cuando no esta bien y al reves cuando esta bien hecho y sube la calidad.
Cuando hablo de calidad No me refiero a comer besugos, ni chuletones, me refiero si es comida precocinada ó cocinada en el hotel.
Ejemplo, tortilla de patatas es precocinada, lasaña precocinada, etc etc.
Y ademas de ser precocinadas no son de mas mejores. Es decir son como las peores que te puedes encontrar en un supermercado, no de las mejores precocinadas, sino de las peores.
Y cuando digo que mal cocinadas, es porque ni saben a nada, esta ó poco hecho ó incluso pasado cocinado.
Ejemplo, el que trabaja en la plancha y esta cara al publico, la mayoria de veces ni esta ni hace nada en la plancha, y todo lo ha hecho previamente y lo deja en bandejas, y encuentras todo o crudo ó pasado.
Todo esto malo que ocurre hay dias que no ocurren y te dejan muy extrañado.
He llegado a la conclusion si haber preguntado, que hay 2 equipos en cocina, cuando esta el equipo 1 en cocina la cosa va mal y cuando esta el equipo 2 va mejor.
Con el equipo 2 aunque los alimentos no tengan una excesiva calidad los cocinan mejor y resuelven mejor las cosas.
En cambio a los camareros de mesa, esos que recogen las mesas y las preparan, yo diria que son magnificos, ahi nada que reprochar. Hacen su trabajo muy eficientemente y con mucha dedicacion.
Son los que salban la papeleta de todo este desaguidado.
Si todo funcionase como con el equipo 2 y con estos camareros la cosa cambiaria a mejor y ya si se utilizasen alimentos de mas calidad la cosa se resolveria mucho.
Para mi forma de ver este el principal servicio a mejorar.
