Aunque el mentre o la metre del hotel eran maravillosos,porque eran hombre y mujer ,el personal del comedor era pésimo,mal hablados,caras serias,desganados,nada simpáticos,pero todos no uno,es como si tuvieran discrepancias entre ellos y la transmitieran a los clientes. Ejemplo : la primera noche se le solicito un servicio de cubiertos para la mesa donde estábamos sentados y SL no venir el camarero se fue en su busca, "Respuesta del camarero," te he visto llamarme,pero estoy desbordado,si necesitas algo cógelo tú ahí está el carro.Segundo día sucede lo mismo,falta un servicio de cubiertos en la mesa ,así que con la consternación del día anterior ,preferimos coger un cubierto libre de la mesa de al lado," Respuesta del camarero"' que era otro distinto, se dirigió corriendo hacia donde yo estaba comiendo comida del buffet,y sin mediar una fila iaka ra dice esto, cuando quieras un cubierto me lo pides a mí, en un tono desagradable y sin dar oportunidad a explicar nada,se marcho como llegó rápido,no dijo ni, disculpeme, perdone señor, permítame informarle , si el caballero necesita algo ,para eso estamos,ningún palabra amable o que recordará quien era el cliente y quien el trabajador. En fin muy mal por el personal del comedor que atendía las mesas , el recto ,fueron muy agradables todos. - La ubicación cerca de la playa donde hay un paseo marítimo enorme repleto de bares, cafeterías, heladerías y tiendas de souvenirs.
- El personal de cafetería y limpieza,en general muy amable.
- Muy tranquilas las noches, no se escuchan ruidos.
-Ascensores. Sólo tienen dos ascensores para un edificio de 9 plantas con 24 habitaciones por planta. Lo cual dificulta mucho el acceso, sobretodo a las horas punta de desayuno, comida y cena.
- Leí buenas opiniones sobre el buffet, aunque en mi opinión, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no había mucha variedad sobretodo para los más pequeños.
- El parking es gratuito pero no está vigilado y no se puede reservar, es por orden de llegada. Por lo que te piensas mucho coger el coche los días que estás allí.
- Salían hormigas en la habitación.
