Fuimos de pasada camino a Francia y la verdad que no senti que estuvieramos en un hotel 4*s. Supongo que la diferencia es con el spa pero si no utilizas el servicio no se diferencia tanto con otros hoteles. Lo mejor fue su personal, principalmente del restaurante que, aun siendo pocos, estaban siempre predispuestos y con una sonrisa. Comida abundante, variada y sabrosa. Habitacion comoda con balcon y vista al mar.
Destacar u ofrecer mas los servicios extras o las otras opciones de cafeteria y comedor.

Tuvimos un problema a la llegada con la habitación y sin problema nos la cambiaron. La atención por parte de la recepcionista excelente y la limpieza de la habitación tmb de 10. La comida tmb fue de sobresaliente, sobretodo los desayunos con mucha variedad y a destacar la calidad de la bollería.
Nada negativo, repetiremos seguro.

Mi pareja y yo estábamos de aniversario y tuvieron un detalle súper lindo con nosotros. Hicieron de nuestro aniversario un recuerdo inolvidable.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo tiraba aire caliente, creo que nos lo hubieran explicado al momento de hacer el check in. Otro punto de mejora es el buffet del hotel, entiendo que la PC no incluya las bebidas, pero no dar ni el agua y tener que pagar por una botellita pequeña casi 3 € me parece excesivo, aparte que ni siquiera te dejan sentarte donde quieres. La limpieza puede mejorar ya que el suelo no lo limpiaron solo hicieron las camas y el baño.
