Destacaría la estética del hotel en general, es bonito.
Las habitaciones de la planta baja están mal aisladas , pues no pudimos descansar por los ruidos continuos; al estar situado en una vía de mucho tráfico y sumado a los ruidos y las vibraciones de maquinarias internas del hotel, no sé si de ventilación o lavanderías pues era constante toda la noche, y para ser de 4 estrellas los artículos de higiene en los baños eran sólo gel y champú,

En primer lugar la chica de la recepción, encantadora, nos explicó cosas de Valencia y nos indicó como podíamos disfrutar de todo mejor, sitios, restaurantes, autobuses, playas.. muy muy bien se llama Miriam y encantadora. La habitación muy buena y el desayuno buffet perfecto!!!

El luegar es bastante facil de llegar a unos 20min andando de la Ciudad de lasArtes y Ciencias. Las indicaciones y direcciones son correctas. Una vez allí el personal fue amable y nos dio la bienvenida. Al principio no encontraban la reserva por mi nombre, pero al indicar el localizador de la reserva, no hubo ningún problema. Parking techado (no incluido) pero bastante bien. El desayuno, variado y alternado cada mañana algo distinto habia, con fruta, comida caliente y frías, dulces ,etc. La habitación con lo necesario, limpia y con lo que se peude esperar de un 4 estrellas.

La habitación era estupenda. Y también el baño. El buffet cambiaba a diario y era muy variado y todo se notaba saludable, además los autobuses estaban bien comunicados
